Food is decent but overpriced. A small plate of 1 tomatoe cut in pieces, with three tea spoon of "whipped hummus" 9£. The small salad was really good value for money though, 14£ with an entire grilled fish with it. But the desserts are really not convincing, and 10£ hurts, especially after paying 11£ for a simple cocktail or mocktail. The setting is very nice and elegant, though. However, even if we were paid for, we would never go to Tish ever again, just because of one man, one waiter, whose bullying behaviour needs to be sanctioned. Is it possible to work for such a nice place and to be so rude, shady and obnoxious? The service was terrible. We were bullied by our waiter, as soon as we arrived, on a quiet Sunday lunch. Two of our guests were late, and the waiter came to pressure us by saying we wouldn't be served past X o'clock. He sounded threatening, and for his age, it was ridiculous. Five minutes later, the guests arrived, and we ordered, rushed by that rude waiter. It was even worse: he rolled eyes when friends hesitated and asked questions, responded violently and sighed, and raised voice to show his annoyment with us. Then, I ordered medium-rare meat, which arrived overcooked, unlike my mate's perfect one. As I told the waiter, knowing he would fly off the handle as he was already edgy and rude, he challenged me to go to the kitchen and see by myself with the chefs that I was wrong and that my meat was medium rare and not overcooked. I had to stand up, leave my table, and go to the kitchen to justify myself. Eventually, they made me a new entrecote, which turned out just as I wanted and just like my mate's. Not overcooked. Anyway, at last, another waiter came by the end of the lunch and was adorable, but we will never come back to the restaurant to be bullied by that sour man and pay so much for a few tomatoes...

A very beautiful dining room not matched by the food which is bland, unimaginative and lacking that most important of ingredients - flavour! I've dined here three times since it opened and always provided constructive feedback, yet alas it remains unchanged - save for the fact they thankfully no longer serve factory made frozen chips.

Today a number of starters were good - arancini, beetroot salad, salt beef - and of the mains only the burger was decent. The duck special was merely heated protein with a flavourless sauce; the polenta couldn't even spell the adjective 'flavour' if it tried; my mother-in-law's home cooked salmon moved up to three Michelin stars by comparison; and the beef bourguignon had a very, very strange flavour.

David Levin must be congratulated for his ambition and bravery in opening a restaurant of this interior caliber, in this location - a platform which should set this up as one of London's top restaurants. It's a shame his executive chef is letting him down so badly.

No doubt many will give TISH five stars simply because it exists in a desert of kosher restaurants, but is that really good enough?

Expensive pricing married to a poor meal when you are the only game in town is...

Huge disappointment. I ordered for delivery the Christmas special Schnitzel with all the trimmings and paid their usual high price. When it arrived, it arrived with nothing but the Schnitzel. It didn't even come with the basic gravy (or whatever the non special is). I called them to inform them of their mistake. The response was extremely disappointing. Their excuse was that they were new to deliveries. I'm sorry, I don't think you have to be a highly experience delivery service to know that you need to include every single purchased item in the delivery basket!! All they had to offer was their insincere apologies. I had to literally spell out that I wanted a refund for not getting a full service despite paying the full price. After negotiating for a few minutes, they finally agreed to refund me a small portion of my order. That was in mid December and to this day, I have yet to see that refund in my account. As I do not wish to have anything to do with this restaurant anymore, I won't chase this refund. I just won't ever go back. If you wish to try them out, make sure that you get everything that you've ordered or you will risk choking on their dry...

Restaurant was gorgeous, loved the greenery in the covered porch seating. High quality food, everyone loved their dishes. Absolutely recommend the pea & mint soup! Vegan and vegetarian options were clearly labeled. The salmon fillet and mushroom linguine were generous portions. French beans in lemon oil and heirloom tomato salad were so fresh! There was also a full bar and the cocktails were excellent. Very accommodating of dietary restrictions- they changed the sauce on the salmon for a member of the party who had an allergy. Do not skip out on dessert! The Berry Eton Mess is a must-try and the coconut sorbet is a secret gem. The tiramisu is dusted with the restaurant name which was very photogenic. Perfect for a leisurely evening or special occasion!

Finally got to visit this new upscale kosher restaurant which I've heard has mixed reviews but had to see for myself. Decor and service was amazing with the restaurant styled very well. Very much enjoyed my veal schnitzel and liked the unique flavour with the fried egg. However dessert was very dissapointing, I ordered a tiramisu (my favourite dessert) and it had far too much cream and not enough crumble, the crumble was also very dry and definitely did not have enough coffee and liquor in it, it had also obviously been taken straight out of the fridge. I would however recommend coming as the main course, cocktails and decor were very good.

Been there last eve, great food, great place to sit, amazing staff - quick & courteous, the place is not cheap but for the amazing food we got, the original tastes, the great atmosphere & decor of the place - it was worth every penny, I will come back & highly recommend ! (to be honest I am not sure why the reviews are not more excited, perhaps they were finding their bearings when they just opened - but now I can attest - they are very good !)
