Worse experience I've ever had. We had a reservation, they couldn't even understand us. Sat us on a table without a reserved sign.. waitress was on her 2nd shift and didn't even know the menu or anything. We asked for starters and mains to come separately as they should be. Our starters arrived, bland and tasteless. 100% not homemade. Tzatziki had 0 garlic in it. The tyrokafteri didn't have a single hit of spice in it. Then we asked for more bread and another starter to add on. And then our mains came while we were eating our starters.. no space on the table already.. and the girl tried to squeeze it in. Despite me saying we asked to finish our starters first. She looked and said OK but it's ready now.. well excuse me its your fault for making the mistake. So then all mains were squashed on the table with no space. Them the bread and starter arrived.. we didn't even eat the rest of our starters. We were so put off. The mains were super small and boring. Nothing special for the prices you charge. No one came to check back on the table. Not even once. We were extee dissatisfied with the food and lack of service we received. We quickly asked for the bill and got up to pay. Asked to remove service charge to which the "manager" became super defensive and also mentioned about all the dips being store bought. He said he made it himself.. 100% no. I'm greek. My family is greek. We all know the difference between store bought and homemade. Big difference in flavour. All staff just completely rude and useless.. the manager said its a casual seating place when I explained no one checked on us and also the food started to come out when we specifically asked it not to. DO NOT EAT HERE. Especially if you are expecting a good friendly service and good food. Nothing about the food was amazing. Not sure how they won so many awards for best kebab....

My mother and I came here twice in two days!! It’s that good! The first time we came we had the Greek Salad and the Pork Shish, the greek salad was a great size and the vegetables were very fresh! The Pork shish was one of the best, amazing charcoal flavour and big portions. The second time we came we had the Hummus, Spicy Tyrokafteri, Tzatziki, Greek Salad, Calamari, Lamb Skewer, and Chicken Skewer. The dips were some of the absolute best, very authentic, tastes like you are sitting by the beach in greece. Calamari was very tender and crispy. Now the lamb skewer, THE BEST BY FAR!! We were going to get both chicken but the server asked us if we wanted to try the lamb, and it did not disappoint. Some of the most tender, and flavourful lamb I have had. On top of the amazing food the staff are some of the friendliest people you will meet, they care about taking care of their customers and making sure their experience is superior. As I just moved here I definitely plan on going back and eating my way through the menu! I could not recommend this place more!! Lastly, we had the Tres Leches cake for dessert and it was the perfect way to end the meal, it was perfectly balanced and not too sweet, as a Pastry chef myself it was 12/10. Make sure you drop in if you pass by, if not definitely plan a trip over here and you will be left with a very full, happy tummy!!

Good food and service. We went for the mini mix grill for 2 - a very generous portion with a cold starter/dip of choice, a side salad and chips (all for £35). I love the grilled large 'padron peppers' which complement well with the assortment of meat. They are super tender (even the chicken skewers, which can get unbearably dry in most reataurants) and flavoursome. Really enjoyed most of the meat, apart from the lamb skewer which was on the slightly fatty side. The tarama was a little disappointing, tasted like store bought ones, not very authentic. The homemade tzatziki, on the other hand, was much better. Overall, the dinning environment was pretty clean and comfortable. We went at an oldly quiet time (1pm, didn't expect it to be so at this time on a weekend) so the service was pretty fast and friendly. As it got busier towards 2-3pm, it began to feel slightly uncomfortable and the service significantly slowed (understandable as they seem to only have 1 waitress in the restaurant). I would definitely come back for the meat and may try out the pita wrap next time!

The food is nice but the service is really bad; slow and they don’t seem to care about the service they deliver to customers, hence I’ve decided that I’m not going back. What I mean by that - you walk in as a customer to order and they will not take your order for minutes even though they can see you standing up. Not even make eye contact to acknowledge your presence. And when they do, they never tell you beforehand that they are busy and you’ll need to wait for x mins so you know if you’re prepared to wait for take away if you’re in a hurry or if it’s late… Shame too because I was a regular customer (for home deliveries and dine in) for 2+ years… Also, how is it a Greek place when the majority who work there are not Greeks? :)

PS Fair point about the 2 reviews, for some reason could not edit the first one, so I had to repost it. The other review is deleted now. With regard to waiting times, allow me to strongly disagree about the “4min wait” (which was not just 4 mins..!). I am not a demanding customer, however, as a manager, it would be nice if you would at least make eye contact with someone entering into your store, to acknowledge their presence, especially if you’re busy and can’t serve them, rather than just keep them waiting without any acknowledgment. Finally, in terms of today, again your staff said nothing, probably they need to inform a customer waiting that they have 3/4 orders to complete before they can cater for them… They were quick to get my money though… One last thing - when the incident happened with you, it was not the last time I was there. It was around 10 days ago following the end of a movie at the cinema. We came in to order, you were not there and again we waited for the staff to ask us about the order. They didn’t. I realised that they had put the grill off after 3mins, I asked them, they confirmed and we walked off again without food. Clearly a problem with...

I'm absolutely certain that if I were a meat-eater, this place would get 5 stars from me but as it stood, I came in as a vegan with a meat-eater friend of mine.

There were a couple of offerings for a main meal as well as some options for starters which included Dolmades and Hummus. I ordered the Vegetable Set that had 3 skewers (aubergine, onion, tomato & peppers), pita bread, salad, crispy potatoes & hummus. It was a portion more than big enough for me so i was unable to finish everything. I would have preferred if it had seasoning on it for I had to ask for salt. My main issue though was the star of the dish (the skewers) that were deep-fried rather than char-grilled.

I'm sure that this is a popular dish of theirs as I witnessed the kitchen prepare the skewers all throughout our stay. The thing that happens when you deep-fry aubergine is that it absorbs more oil than its initial weight so every bite just juices out of oil. It had herbs added after frying but it still needed salt.

The pita was the best part & the crispy potatoes, although requiring seasoning, were crispy & delicious.

I would've absolutely loved the skewers if it had even a lick of smoke from their massive gas grill & char-grill. I know the reason they deep-fat-fry the skewers is to avoid cross-contamination with meat. This can be resolved by designating a tiny spot just for grilling vegetables or even encasing the skewers in one of those barbecue nets.

I didn't have any room for any dessert but I would've ordered one to takeaway if they had any plant-based ones, but they didn't.

I will still consider eating here again in the future for their excellent service and...
