Tops Pizza — Restaurant in London

These guys took over 2 hours to deliver a pizza. We ordered at 6:15pm, food came at 8:50pm.

When I phoned them to ask where the pizza is, he gave me so much attitude. ‘I told you it’ll take 45 mins just wait’ - it had already been over an hour at this point. This guy either can’t tell the time, or thinks I can’t tell the time. When I corrected him, he just said ‘no 45 minutes’. Make it make sense !!!!

When the delivery driver came he handed over the pizza an hour later and was also so rude ‘I don’t care if I’m late, if the pizza is cold give it back I don’t care’. These guys desperately need to learn some manners, basic skills on customer service and time management.

The pizza was OK, (by this time we were starving anyway), they were stingy with the toppings (why?!?).

Also their medium pizzas should’ve been classified as small.

These guys need to take a chill pill and relax. Otherwise you’ll lose customers, like me. I’ll be going to Domino’s next time. All the best with the time management lessons- maybe a New...

I can’t say enough great things about Tops Pizza in Twickenham branch. The food is always incredible — fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked crust, and just the right amount of toppings every single time. Their pizza is consistently hot, flavorful, and absolutely delicious.

On the 30.09.2022, I ordered pizza for my daughter and a group of her friends… this order pasted the 1 hr delivery time, when I called they said 10mins more, they never showed, I called again 10mins more and agin they never showed. So I had to go to ll Gustos in St Margaret’s and order more food, as Top Pizza in Richmond we’re now not answering the phone and no sign of arriving. Then 2hr 1/2 later it arrives, I tell the drive we no long want the order as it was so late and I had order food from somewhere else. He threw it at me and said it’s not my problem!!
