Chicken City — Restaurant in London

This place can be an easy 5* place if they sort their service out. Love their Spicy Chicken Fillet Burger, Peri Peri Chicken and their normal Chips, but unfortunately the service is a big let down!

There is no point to pre-order food. Because they'll never make it for you. I've had it 3 times in the past month that I've pre-ordered and they tell me "10-12 minutes". I arrive after 15 minutes and they haven't even started making it. Why are you guys lying to your customers? Why are you promising a time and then not even try to make it in that? I understand that sometimes you can get caught up, but how can it be that you haven't even put down the chips in the fryer in those 12 minutes? Or started on the order?

I understand waiting a couple of minutes after arriving, but what I don't understand is why they don't even start the order in that period of time. Also, just tell me the honest time. If it takes 20 minutes, tell me "20 minutes" and don't lie to me.

Sometimes I'm in a hurry and park the car in a wrong spot because I think it'll just be 1 minute to pop in, collect, and get back to my car. But when you make customers wait, you risk us getting tickets and over time we'll stop coming and look for alternative restaurants.

Food is great, but just sort this order system out...

Absolutely never experienced a Member staff member being rude to me in a setting like i did here. I ordered a takeaway here and they didn’t bring half of the meal and got my drink wrong when I mentioned the drink, they just said that they didn’t have the right drink so there was nothing they could do about it and so I told them it shouldn’t available When I ask for them to bring the other half of my meal they basically said that they couldn’t call out another delivery driver and I then stated to say it’s not the deliveries driver’s fault that half of my food is gone and they said no it’s not it’s our fault so I said if it’s your fault, please bring me my food as I’ve just paid for it and I should get what I paid for he then continued to speak over me throughout that whole time I was trying to say them words to him I continue to say that I am a customer and he’s a staff and he should treat me with more respect and whilst trying to say that he was still talking over me and not letting me get a word out Telling me to come to the Restaurant, if I wanted to speak to him, he then ended the call on me and when I tried to call him back multiple times he ended the call each time absolutely worst experience of my life and the food don’t even taste...

All food is prepared in front of you, fresh and recently-fried. The staff are very kind and remember your face when you visit, allowing for a friendly chat while your food is prepared. I never leave disappointed, or hungry. Prices are phenomenal for what you get. I'm able to buy TWENTY spicy wings for just £5.50, leaving me enough food for 3 separate meals for the price of a burger that you'd buy from another fast food joint. Food is prepared quickly and delivery is also very fast. I really recommend this if you're looking for a quick meal and some fried chicken. Staff are very kind and the place DOES TAKE CARD, which isn't too common for smaller food businesses, offering a convenient and seamless experience for the customer.
