Turmeric late. My personal discovery of the... Millennium Probably.

Wasn't fancy Nero, Costa or hipster like Starbucks. And sometimes best pearls are those dug through enormous amount of dirt and ugliness. That's Black Sheep for you right there.

Complains? Serving could take bit faster. Fella is definitely skilled but like to put bit of a show. And that's that. Since i had takeaway drink I'll focus on it.

Oh and screens where you can order what you want. So you don't take space in queue wondering what you want. Go to screen, have a lootsy sneaky on whats what and then you'll discover that there's loads of options to go with each drink. Too many and you'll get spoiled in options. I know i was.

But getting back to drink. Tumeric late. Or if that's not good name for ya... Chilli. Because thats the ingredient. Tumeric. It will make your drink yellow due to its nature. It will taste somewhere in between Korma and Mughalai curry flavour. Honestly i loved it very much. Gives sence of freshness and something new to ols boring late. Nice addition was oat milk. Couldn't decide either i shall choosen soy or oat milk and ended up with the second one. Also drop of caramel syrop into it and we done.

I will definitely be back there again on my way from / to Piccadilly. Next time ill try something else knowing that ill not be...

Disappointing experience - we stopped off here 30 minutes before our return train to London after the Manchester Marathon, we ordered two oat flat whites and after 15 minutes of waiting and the time restraints to catch our train, we asked how long it would be, the lady behind the till immediately offered us a refund (we would have been happy to wait by the way) she said she couldn’t issue me a refund receipt and she guaranteed she would “press the button” to issue me a refund, I asked again if I could get proof and was told it wasn’t possible. We then rushed and got Nero before our train and just hoped we would get that money back. Nearly a month later and I am yet to receive my refund, even after emailing customer service, I’ve been completely ghosted. Honestly have always rated Black Sheep and am happy to pay £8 for good coffee, I do not, however feel happy about paying £8 for coffee I never received plus then having to source from somewhere else.

Sadly I live in London so popping in store to demand my money back is not as easy as I’d hope, but it’s fair to say I’m extremely disappointed in Black Sheep’s customer service and the shocking experience in...

I was in Manchester for work and visited Black Sheep Coffee because I am familiar with the brand and the coffee. However, even though the staff seem like nice people the service is sloppy. You couldn't place orders in person because they were too busy, so I had to use the digital menu. I placed an order for a breakfast item and coffee like most people who were waiting before me. After payment, a staff member called my name out when making my coffee and mentioned they were out of the breakfast wrap but could offer another sandwich option or refund. I requested a refund for the item. They said they would write my name down on a piece of paper and when the manager was back I would be issued my refund, which still has not been issued for myself and I'm sure all the other people waiting before me and after.

First of all, customers are flocking in so let them know there is no breakfast item before they placing an order. And secondly why would a manger leave inexperienced staff to deal with a so called "written refund". Something that could be handled so swiftly turned into a messy situation with frustrated guests because of poor management. Just...

The Black Sheep, right outside the Piccadilly Train Station, is a most welcoming and warm place, with many obvious and discreet characteristics! The decor is modern yet very inviting, with great music surround, and with walk-fitted e-order boxes as you enter the cafe, to help you beat any waiting-time. The staff are very friendly and can help you through the cafe’s rich menu, comprising of a big array of coffee selection, fresh juices, smoothies, sorbets, and freshly baked snacks and sweets; you have to definitely try the mini donuts -only 80p each- and the taste is much more than you could have anticipated, served warm along with your choice of drink, or on their own💗☕️🧁 But the best attribute of the Black Sheep cafe is the Buy for Someone Else policy, a kind and humane gesture towards the less-privileged of the M’er Piccadilly area. P.S.: I ordered a Macchiato, and it was the best Macchiato I’ve had since my trip to Florence (Italy), and shared my donuts and an afternoon chat with a kind gentleman outside 🙂🌸 #BlackSheepCafeMerPiccadilly❤️🎉

Went in there in the morning for a coffee the queue was getting bigger and instead of making coffees there where to people there by the coffee machine and catching an attitude when customers asked for their drinks to the point of one of them saying you will get your drinks when you get it got so annoyed asked for a refund the guy at the till tried to fob me saying that the machine was not working and I was waiting for 5minutes for a refund declined to refund me for every because he had made the sandwich as a customer if I don’t want the product and didn’t touch I should be made to bug it awful experience do not recommend not going back there again the two guys in the morning very disrespectful to clients and full of attitude arrived there at 8:16 to order a drink left there 8:30 with no drink and a bad experience. There is a picture of the items I could not return cause he freshly made them

Woke and gay. What a ridiculous coffee shop. 8am rush hour for work tried to stop to get a quick coffee only to be ignored my staff and directed to the self service machine. Spent a few minutes trying to find a flat white before realising how ridiculous and time detrimental this was. Asked staff to serve me which she did with a disgruntled attitude. Two other customers left the shop at this time without purchasing because of lack of assistance from the staff. Waited at least 10 minutes for 2 coffees to be made in front of mine. Received finally. Coffee wasn’t actually too bad. Very strong but flavour not amazing. Also proud to be cashless? Yeah great thanks for caring about your customers! 👏 Whoever owns this coffee shop must have money to waste by employing such poor staff and having such low standards for customer care.
