First time was horrible, noodle was soaking in oil and hard or uncooked chicken.
Thought I would give it a second try. After seeing new staff.
Well.. where to start... went for a large egg fried rice. The rice undercooked and really salty. As for the meat asked for chicken curry, tastles hard chicken...and why would there be brocoli in chicken curry??
Other meats were some kind of pork, it still had the fat on the meat was really hard to swallow it at all. Apart from that meat was plain and hard
The third meat was some kind of chicken but only tasted sweetnes nothing else at all.
Tried my wifes food as well. Noodle not cooked and some kind of sticky spicy sause on it. It was disgusting. She asked for 3 types of chicken and all of them tasted the same....disgrace...
Soya sauce was like water.....
Staff speaking loud and laughing really loud.
If you want to eat chinese please choose a different place.
I have worked in many restaurants before and even if there was a budget option it was never this bad...almost throwing up from a meat because too much fat on it with sticky sause like thing on it....
I never ever gonna cone near this...
Read moreI have visited this branch a few times. It’s conveniently based just outside Piccadilly Train Station. Great if you’re looking for a quick bite to eat. This place is 100% halal. It’s tasty, good quality food, and they’re always cooking fresh batches in the kitchen. You can choose one of three size boxes. You then have a choice of one, two or three toppings. They also do a meal deal, and various sides and drinks too.
This time, I got a medium box with two toppings. I’ve tried all the flavours, but the new ones were Kung-Po Chicken and Firecracker Chicken, so I got both. The Kung-Po chicken was sweet and slightly spicy. I loved the added veggies which gave it a nice crunch. The Firecracker Chicken was also very tasty. It had lovely flavour and a kick of heat which builds up over time. There were some onions in there, and slices of garlic too. Both are definitely worth trying!
They offer student discounts, but not after 7pm interestingly. Still, I always enjoy a lovely meal at this place, and I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in getting tasty, halal, sweet or...
Read moreWe needed something quick as we've just arrived in the city later in the evening. Fortunately, it was nearby our hotel so location is superb given the fact it's right next to the train station as well.
Food, was okay and the amount you get for £10 - £11 is a fair deal with drink. My little one seemed to enjoy her Katsu Chicken Curry. We truly appreciate Gianna helping us choose the dishes. The noodles were a bit bland but everything else was fine. It's quick & cheap; can't complain much.
Once again I would like to thank Gianna who worked 23MAR2023; she was AMAZING. She was honestly super helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and definitely made our night go just that much smoother. They were tidying up so we greatly appreciated her taking the time to still help us, suggesting dishes, and giving us the various options on how we can utilise...
