A truly disappointing visit. I came in for a simple takeaway coffee and was shocked by how rude the staff were. After I ordered, one staff member told me to take a seat while I waited. I sat at a small, empty table. A minute later, a different employee came over and told me I had to move as the table was for sitting customers. I calmly explained that her colleague had just told me to sit there. Her response, with no apology, was a dismissive "On the bench." The interaction was embarrassing and made me feel completely unwelcome. The place itself is ridiculously small. There is no space to wait for an order without being in the way. It's so cramped there isn't even a proper spot to add sugar or a lid to your cup. To top it off, the coffee was just okay, but the price was very expensive. It was certainly not good enough to justify the cost or the horrible service. Verdict: Massively overrated. The rude attitude from the staff is enough reason to avoid this place. There are far better, friendlier, and more reasonably priced coffee shops nearby. I will not be returning and would not recommend...
Read moreHave now had two not great experiences of having to wait a long time for a simple coffee order. I appreciate the chill vibe in there but recent experience has made me not want to bother again sadly. En route to catching a train and ordered a simple Americano to take away, paid and moved to one side. The member of staff took my payment and then started talking to customer behind me who she recognised and knew, proceeded to start their coffee order instead while having a long personal conversation, finish and hand it him. Meanwhile Iâm stood there as the other member of staff creates hers in order and starts taking fresh orders. I had to ask them eventually to which they replied âSorry I thought it had already gone out.â Poor customer service and absolutely not worth the high prices either. Will stick to Cafe Nero where the staff make them efficiently in order and donât prioritise personal conversations over a...

I recently tried their A Loumi sandwich, and I can honestly say it's the best sandwich I've ever had in my life! It's a vegetarian delightâabsolutely delicious, packed with flavor, and massive in size, so you really get your money's worth đ€©
But what really sets Fort Coffee apart is the customer service. The staff are incredibly friendly, always welcoming, and they even remember customers by name, which makes the experience feel so personal. You can tell they genuinely enjoy working here, and that positivity really adds to the atmosphere. It's refreshing to walk into a place where the people clearly love what they do, and it makes you want to keep coming backđ Highly recommend stopping byâwhether for the food or the wonderful vibe, you wonât be...
