This morning, my husband and I visited Bruncho Cafe to celebrate his birthday, and I honestly don’t have enough words to describe how special they made our experience. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming it set the perfect tone for our day.
We both ordered the Full English breakfast, the heavenly tasting Macha, the Nutella French toast and it was nothing short of amazing, The food was fresh, beautifully presented, and incredibly satisfying. The portions were generous, the taste was spot-on, and the pricing was very reasonable. You can really tell that they put care into every plate they serve.
But the highlight of our visit was the surprise I had arranged with the team on arrival and wow, they absolutely delivered. They brought out the stunning Nutella French toast with candles while the staff gathered to sing happy birthday to my husband. The joy and surprise on his face were priceless. That one moment made our morning unforgettable.
The service was top-tier friendly, attentive, and very thoughtful. A special thank you to Fahri and every staff member who attended to us with so much kindness and joy. It truly felt like they celebrated with us.
My husband has already said he’d love to return, and I wholeheartedly agree. Bruncho Cafe is more than just a great spot to eat, it’s a place that makes memories. I’ll definitely be recommending it to friends and family.
Thank you, Bruncho team, for turning a simple breakfast into something we’ll cherish for a long time. You really made his birthday (and my heart) full, see you...

[Pistachio And Kinder French Toast] £13.9 Thick cream cake French toast, mascarpone cheese ingredients Crushed pistachios, strawberries, blueberries with cookies and ice cream cones I don't even want to eat it. It's so beautiful and appetizing How can this make the pistachio brain refuse? Sweet lovers🐛
[Chilli & Lime] £12.9 Crushed avocado 🥑, chopped feta cheese, boiled eggs and baked chili chickpeas on the sourdough bread, served with chili and honey glaze. This taste is wonderful. It's not salty or sweet. Maybe it's because of the roasted chili chickpeas. It's a little spicy but not bitter. I can't say it. It varies from person to person. You can have a try. Sour bread is always not bad.
[Raspberry Ripple Matcha] £5.20 Super like, recommend White vanilla milk and light green matcha layered Red with dried raspberries Super super appetite, can be made into cold drinks, ice to relieve sweetness and greasy There is a spoonful of syrup in it. You can stir it when you drink it.

Read moreFood was so aesthetically pleasing. I ordered a pulled beef shakshuka, it was nice but I felt I needed a sprinkle of spring onions and something to balance out the acidity.
The meat was kind of bland too it wasn’t packed with flavour or didn’t taste caramelised.
The French toast… it looked wow. We definitely ordered too much. We could have shared one between 3 of us as a sweet treat after savoury brunch.
But that didn’t happen, the pistachio one was ok it didn’t have enough crunch. I think pistachio sauce isn’t enough it would have been good to have pistachio praline, caramelised pistachios or even just plain pistachios similarly to the toasted hazelnuts added in the Nutella french toast.
Not sure why there was popping boba on the toast, I wasn’t a fan. The Nutella French toast was much nicer and the hazelnuts really lifted the dish.
Icecream and the cone was 10/10 it was high quality and had a nice creamy texture and sweet vanilla flavour.
The main thing, as in the French toast itself was not great. It was soggy, there were no crispness and the custard didn’t have much flavour. I feel like the main star of the show let us down.
Please can we have caramelised crispy French toast!!
Also I understand it’s busy but please do not accept more customers unless you can properly cater to the ones already present. 3 of us were out on a tiny table and ended up having to take up...
