Do not waste your time and money in this place. The customer service is beyond terrible and the food is below average. I went to this place only to be charged more than I was supposed to for a shawarma (pita bread with fillings served in a takeout container). Whenever they started preparing the order I noticed they were making a wrap and when I brought this to their attention they did NOTHING!!! They just boxed a half-made wrong order and handed it to me, with no vegetables or salad!! I again bring this to their attention and ask for the order to be at least finished. After that, they reluctantly take it back and stuff a bunch of onion in there, not much else. The server was incredibly difficult and rude, and it certainly didn’t help that there were three other employees just sitting around doing nothing. The place was empty on a busy evening and it’s clear why that’s the case. The food was hard to eat. The meat was dry, the vegetables were rubbery and the amount of onion in the wrap was very off-putting. I also noticed that they keep raw chicken skewers uncovered next to the uncovered vegetables containers, I’m not sure if this is safe. I know that I will never order from them again and I advise everyone to avoid them as well. I tried to be friendly and polite in all the interactions I had with them, but I was constantly met with hostility or indifference. It’s truly not worth the time and money so I advise everyone to try other places where you’re not treated like an inconvenience for...

Absolutely Disgusting Food and Service at the WEEKEND! As I walked in with a friend on last Friday we were greeted by the same guy as last time that have greeted me in the past which I must say it’s probably the worst attitude in the hospitality business but I didn’t mind as I was there for something to eat. We walked in on Friday Night at 10:30pm we ordered a chicken and Donner pizza some chips and we were charged £26 and in return we received a fully burned pizza with all topping which I have taken pictures of the food and will be posting to avoid this disaster of takeaway and unhygienic food. I complained about the food being burned and I was told by the man at the counter and the chef that the Donner normally is burned on the pizza because of their oven and then was told I should leave if I am unhappy as drunk people don’t mind what they eat although we were fully suber and regardless the staff being rude they didn’t offer nothing in return and I had to apologise for complaining as they situation escalated by the staff and all started shouting at me.

Please whoever the owner of this place is take charge of the place as I remember going a few years ago and it was amazing and super busy however it is now terrible Food and terrible service follows.

Do not treat people who are drunk or sober any different we all pay for a food that we all desire so do your best or close and stop...

My friend and I went to a show at the Manchester A O Arena and afterwards wanted something to eat, we were walking making our way back to our hotel and found this place. Popular but didn't take long to order/wait for our food.

I had a small chicken donner kebab with salad and garlic sauce which I enjoyed very much. The salad was fresh, crisp and donner meat tasty. Bought two drinks as well and prices were reasonable.

My friend had Chicken Nuggets and Chips and said the chips were the best, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. As they should be.

Glad you are open late with good food which is tasty and reasonable prices. Didn't think to take pictures of the food but leaving a good review so people know it's a good place to...

Didn’t expect this but Hattie’s in Manchester took me straight back to Greece. I’ve travelled to Greece many times, and chicken gyros have always been one of my favourite dishes. I’ve missed that real, authentic flavour for years until now. One bite from Hattie’s chicken gyros and I was back in the streets of Athens. Juicy, well seasoned, perfectly grilled exactly how it should be. My partner had the mixed meat with chips and loved it just as much. Warm vibes, kind staff, good prices and amazing food. Highly recommended, don’t miss the chicken gyros. It’s the real deal.☺️

Deansgate can be expensive to eat ! But this place everything is affordable! I had a mixed meat kebab meal chips & drink just over £9.00 . Very clean , nice seating staff 10/10 very friendly & happy to help with any questions! Menu easy to read ! Quality of food is amazing ! It was packed at dinner time ! Because they do good prep they can serve fast ! So try it next time in Manchester deans gate !

As soon as we walked in with a rude voice he asks order? The guy who takes in food order is super rude and the chicken doner doesn't taste good and I think it's spoiled. Pizza was eatable and overpriced for the quality it had. Extremely bad experience. I don't recommend this place to anyone.
