Disgraceful. My family placed an order here at 22:30 and the food was not delivered until just after 00:30. The food was delayed beyond the initial order time and then a further hour late after the last update. When we contacted the restaurant, thr first phone call was answered and we were told it would be 5-10 minutes (it was not). The next two calls went unanswered. The following call was answered and the person we spoke to did not even know where our driver was, but our food had been sent out an hour previously. When the food arrived it was freezing cold, almost inedible. (The delivery driver was rude and did not even apologise for being late.) The burger was squashed beyond recognition, the curly fries were slate and chewy, the cheese bites were solid and cold. The halloumi fries were disgraceful - super thin and honestly pathetic looking. The cheese bites were spicy despite there being no mention of that on the menu. I ordered a chicken dish, and either the wrong item was delivered or the menu listing was incorrect and did not list all of the ingredients, despite some of them being allergens. I am beyond fuming that I waited two hours for cold and disgusting food. What an absolute waste of money - do not order from here, there are many other places...

This is one of those times when you wish the Google ratings system was a bit more granular. Hollywood isn't a 3, but it's not quite a 4 either.

If I was reviewing on the burger alone it would be a definite 3, but if I was reviewing on the shake alone it would be a definite 4. Firstly the burger; although it tasted fine, it reminded me of that scene in Falling Down where the hero gets served a flat, squashed burger that looks nothing like the one on the menu board, and looses his rag. This burger was flat to the point of being non-existent, although it was cooked well and tasted OK (btw, if you want to see a proper burger go check out Miami or Food Box). The chips were pretty good, I'm sure they were your normal out-of-the-bag chips, but they looked and tasted somehow different (in a nice way!). The strawberry shake was dddddelicious, and I mean really delicious. I've never had strawberry before but this one really hit the spot.

Prices were reasonable, friendly staff, parking is a little awkward and it's a nice, clean place. Recommended, and I would go again but perhaps try...

The first time I came to this place I was massively impressed by the ‘insta worthy’ interior at the place, indoors and outdoors! I also remember trying the endgame as one of my first burgers and little did I know it would become my all time favourite, as it was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had! To finish my meal off I had a bubblegum milkshake which was highly recommended by the staff and by far that had to be the best milkshake I’ve discovered, so thick, creamy & flavoursome (it’s making my mouth water as I’m writing this and thinking back to it 😂)! Lastly I must mention the staff (Gabi & Abu Bakr - in particular) are absolutely amazing, they are so friendly and accommodating it’s such a welcoming experience each time I go! Me and my husband have been several times since the first visit and then we decided to have a family day out (almost 20 of us, we fitted comfortably) and provided us such courteous customer service - Fantastic experience, 11/10...
