This place is up there with the top kebab houses, it's annoying that they don't do delivery but that's a testament to the quality that people come from far to collect.

Each variation is fantastic but my favourite is the mixed donner with chicken shawarma. The flavour on both meats is phenomenal the chicken shawarma is tasty without any sauce also as its so we'll prepared.

Salad selection is above others in the area and the garlic yoghurt is one of the best around. Kofte is another which I'd highly recommend. If eating straight away get it to eat now as they wrap it into one burrito of meaty goodness.

The naan is not a naan but a prepacked tortilla yet it somehow works with the combination.

Price point is pretty average for a kebab these days £8-12 depending on number of meats for large and I'm always stuffed after.

Honourable mention to the donner meat pizza and the cheeseburger with donner. Basically if its got donner on you are going to enjoy it.

The sujuk, (beef sausage) is the proper stuff and grilled is a great addition to any meal although expensive given the cost of the meat when you buy it yourself in Rusholme.

All in all its a top notch kebab house, only this and Turkish delight are worth visiting in chorlton the rest...

I just had a very strange experience with Panicos which I feel duty bound to share with the community!

So late last night I called in my order for collection - a falafel kebab in a nan bread and a drink. On arrival it was ready for me and I paid the requested £7.90. I got it home but found my order to be just a salad filled pita bread - no nan bread and no falafel! I was too hungry to bother with calling in or taking it back.

Anyway that yearning for falefel never went away and so this evening I ordered the same thing from the same place but this time I did so whilst in the restaurant so I could watch them prepare it. The same guy was there and I again paid the £7.90 but this time I got what I ordered - the nan bread and the falafel - and it was very tasty with good friendly service thrown in on top.

Many years ago I worked in catering and know honest mistakes can happen, so I am happy to recommend this place (based on today's experience) but I would definitely be wary of calling in takeaway orders for collection from them - best to be there in person to make sure you get what you...

I wish I could say something positive about my recent experience of this place, but sadly, it was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had after our food was delivered via deliveroo platform

First off, the food was far from fresh. I ordered a mixed kebab and chicken kebab, and while it looked okay on the surface, the meat smelt it was off and tasted awful, like something had been sitting too long or improperly stored and not as fresh as you would expect. Against my better judgment, I ate it, hoping it was just an odd flavour profile. What a big mistake.

Within hours, I and my wife were vomiting, had stomach cramps, and a overall miserable night followed. It's hard to know for sure what caused it, but I wouldn't wish that experience on anyone.

Complained to Deliveroo partner of our experience, noted by them, and advised the takeaway will investigate will email in 24 hrs.Not heard anything back from the takeaway.
