"Ridiculous" is probably not a good enough word to explain the service we got in here. We went in for a coffee, sat on a table and ask the girl where should I order. She pointed at the table and said scan that. I thought its just me thinking she is rude but worst was yet to come. Table was left dirty and coffee was served on the same table. Asked to please get the table cleaned and guess what??? Same girl came with a spray to clean the table while food is there, we quickly tried to move things of the table and this amazing girl started spraying from a good distance without warning or saying anything while the drops went into one of the cups and on me too. When told she completely denied and said "no I didn't, do you want to change it" gave her the cup and we went to the counter telling the manager, that this is not how we should be treated and so we are leaving. This is not the way we should be treated and The most amazing answer from the manage was "OK". Pizzaluxe is a great spot to eat if you are in Arndale. The restaurant’s interior is hip and modern, which gives it a fresh look. The atmosphere is cool and relaxed, which is perfect for a restaurant set in a busy shopping mall. Also, the staff are really nice (10/10) and are enthusiastic about their job. Now, let’s get on to the food. The menu has a wide choice, plenty of choices even for picky eaters. Also, the ingredients are top quality; the base is 96-hour slow-proven sourdough and the cheese is from an award-winning artisan, Carron Lodge (Lancashire). The pizza is delicious. I got the Carne pizza, which is a must-try! The pizza was generous was toppings and the cheese was perfectly stringy. Also, the base didn’t fall apart, which is always a good sign. The drinks are delicious too, I tried the Gingerella (ginger beer) and it was quite nice. However, this is just a personal opinion, I don’t think all soft drinks should be priced around £4, it’s a bit dear. Also, the pizzas are a bit too expensive.
