So Famous — Restaurant in Manchester

The food here is excellent! Everything was fresh, well-seasoned, and full of flavour. The portions were generous, and you can really tell they use quality ingredients. Definitely one of the tastiest takeaways I’ve had in a long time.

The staff were amazing from start to finish. Really friendly, polite, and welcoming. They took the time to explain a couple of menu items to me, which I appreciated. It makes such a difference when the people serving you genuinely care about customers.

Delivery was spot on – the driver was polite, the food arrived right on time, and everything was still hot. The packaging was sturdy too, so nothing leaked or spilled. It made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

Literally just came up from London trying to find something to eat after being at the Coop Live & everywhere was shut! Found So Famous was opened & walked in to be greeted by the guys there & they were all spot on! Saw inside the Kitchen which was literally immaculate which always gives you a piece of mind when getting take away food!

Now let me start with the food… One of the best places I’ve ever had a burger honestly! Had the Return of the Mac burger & I couldn’t believe how packed it was with ingredients! The flavour was unreal! Everything complimented each other perfectly! Save to say it didn’t even last 5 minutes!

For desert I had the Oreo pie! I can’t even get my head around how nice it was! A perfect sized portion for a greedy guy I am!

Overall an unreal experience & you guys need a shop down in London! Will definitely be back if I’m here in Manchester!

As someone with non-24-hour sleep-wake disorder, this place is an absolute GODSEND. Being able to order comfort food as late as 4am and have it still be top quality is a privilege I never thought was possible.

I come to Manchester semi-frequently to attend concerts, and I sometimes find myself unable to sleep after getting back to the hotel. I get peckish. You know the feeling.

Both times now, I've ordered the chicken tenders with spicy mayo and fries. I can't stress to you enough how PERFECT the chicken is. BOTH TIMES. The crisp, only for the meat to just melt on your tongue... it's wild. The spicy mayo works perfectly with the flavour of the chicken - it really tickles the taste buds. The seasoning on the fries is definitely unique, tasting almost like roast chicken Walkers crisps.

Thank you so much, So Famous, for being so committed to serving us peasants so late. We really aren't worthy of this food...
