Track Brewing Co - Brewery & Taproom — Restaurant in Manchester

I have been many places in the world on beer adventures and Track quite easily became one of my favorite places I have ever been to. The taproom itself is where the great vibes start. It's spacious, bright and very well kept. You can tell right away they take great pride in their space. There is plenty of seating inside and they have a beautiful back garden area if you prefer to sit outdoors. The service on this day was bar none, some of the best we experienced on our trip to Manchester. The young woman behind the bar (I believe her name was Amelia) was very friendly, accommodating and had a real passion for the products they sell, offering us samples to ensure we were happy with what we were purchasing. Onto the beer itself...absolutely blew me away. This establishment can hold it's own comparing it to any of the biggest and best anywhere in the world. The selection of pale ales, hazy IPAs and everywhere in between were top tier. We were even lucky enough to be there when they had some fantastic guest taps from a great Vermont brewery called Foam Brewers. I feel I lucked out a bit. 😜 My only small knock is that they didn't have any beer that my wife enjoys on tap. (Nothing fruity or sour) They only had different forms of pale ales, IPAs and a helles lager, but luckily they did have prosecco and that easily made her content so it was a complete non-issue. Really disappointed with how unprofessional and dishonest the management were when we inquired about hiring this venue for a post wedding celebration. We wanted — just a relaxed gathering with friends and family for those who wasn’t at our wedding — but were met with rudeness and completely inconsistent information.

A friend received a hire pack only two weeks earlier stating 5,000 (hire fee/min spend) for a Friday night in 2025, yet when we enquired for next year, the manager claimed that document was “old” and instead quoted us £7,000. Dev was rude and dismissive on the phone, talked over us, and showed no interest in understanding our enquiry. It came across as if he was simply trying to justify an inflated price.

It’s a shame because the venue itself is great, but the attitude and lack of honesty from management completely ruined it for us. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommended dealing with...

My experience here was perfect, well my version of it.

The venue is clean, designed to be a tap room but not too commercial & staff are very efficient.

The Sonoma to me is spot on, lower ABV % which means it’s perfect to session & the flavours really pack a punch.

Pizzas was spot on too - rich sweet and just the right levels of awesome.

I had a slight issue where the mini kegs had a fault, I’m guessing the supplier didn’t really do a great job - I drank a mini keg to myself on Xmas so having the other one down wasn’t a real issue however, I emailed the team & no quibble - refunded almost instantly and was apologetic.

How could I be mad with my general experience with track?, I’ve not had an overall online/in person great experience like this & I am glad that places like this exist in this day and age.
