Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Manchester

The drinks from here itself was fine. The problem was when the staff ask you to leave a review so you do but as there was a problem it was negative; the staff then stand behind the counter discussing it very openly, trying to justify the mistakes they made. All while the person who made the review calling out the mistake is still sat within the shop and within earshot of this discussion. To then see them scroll through other reviews and turn the negative reviews into a game of "guess the order" is not the best impression you can give.

Maybe keep those kinds of talks away from...

Woman who took our order was seriously inconvenienced by our patronage. Woman who made our drinks was very nice. Here's why only 2 stars...there was a sign on the order board that said something like 'save the planet, get your drink in a ceramic cup'. We had a half hour till our train so I asked for ceramic cups. " We don't have any, just paper". Ok then paper it is, only to see on my receipt later that I had been charged 10p for the cups!!!! Cheek! Starbucks...do better!! Also the tables outside were very littered with old cups, yuck. Great place to people...

The coffee was top notch. Large latte to sit in. They ran out of oat milk but not to worry as the cows had provided ample udder juice to cater for me. The food selection was lacking a bit. I fancied chicken but mainly vegan stiff in offer. Again nor to worry i wasnt feeling overly picky and opted for a wrap which was full of sweet potato and to my surprise a tonne of gurkins or something similar. I ate he lot regardless of what they were. Decent staff. Said thanks when I took my mug back. I would go again as its ideal for killing time while waiting...
