I booked the Liar's Club for a friends birthday months in advanced due to the aesthetic of the bar and the drinks on the menu. When we arrived last night, we were greeted by a lovely doorman who seemed to be very stressed and overwhelmed with customers and we were seated outside, despite making a booking to sit indoors. The weather was nice so we didn't feel the need to ask to move inside. After scanning the QR code, we were appalled to see that the menu only consisted of 2 cocktails and a few other drink options. This was extremely disappointing as it was a birthday surprise for a friend and there was no prior warning about a reduced menu or that we would be seated outside. Brought 20 people into the bar on empty night and at this point understand why you’re closing if this is your staffs reaction to payment...
