Domino's Pizza - Mansfield — Restaurant in Mansfield

Where do I start? The last few times I've ordered from here they have messed the order up.

I usually go for the veggie volcano and swap out the tomato for chicken. Each time I've taken delivery the jalapeños are missing and dirty mushrooms are in their place. I'm not sure if this is a database/website issue or worker incompetence but for the same issue to happen 3 times is a joke.

My last issue is that their tracker always says the pizza has been delivered when it hasn't. That leads me to making a phone call to check on its status and this has happened 3 times as well.

Suffice to say I won't be ordering from this...

I had ordered small pizza today.

One team member was cleaning the glass standing on the pizza making top with his shoes wearing. The other team member was making pizza just next to him .it was really disgusting to watch. Food safety standards was really bad. I had to throw my pizza in the bin 😒. Icing on the cake,once he finished the cleaning he didn't throw the cornmeal which was spread next to his shoes they were keep using it for more...

On arrival i asked whether the chicken kickers were Halal and Beth was kind enough to check the packet, other times I get a answer on how sometimes it is halal sometimes not.

But this time Beth went the extra mile to check and provide a first class service. The chicken being halal allows me and my family to eat non vegetarian, which we do enjoy.

As always the pizza was good but the service this time was 10x better in...
