Burger King — Restaurant in Metropolitan Borough of Solihull

Don't care attitude of staff,poor quality of food. In all honesty a total disappointment. After getting through security this morning we thought we would get some FAST food .Big mistake.If we had time I would have asked to speak to the manager. Bearing in mind there was only a handful of people in the premises hardly anything was available. We ordered a double cheeseburger,a chicken royal and onion rings.we would have loved a coffee but unfortunately no hot drinks were available except black coffee. The 3 items cost over £18. We were told the double cheeseburger would be another 10 minutes ( we hadn't got time to wait).There's ordered another chicken royal.You could have broke your teeth on the onion rings.No and when the chicken royales eventually came we waited that long we had to board the plane with them. On looking round the untidy establishment we were not the only disappointed ones as there were 3 uneaten burgers left on a table whilst no-one made any attempt to...

I've used this place a few times when other restaurants are packed.

The ordering kiosks are a nice touch so it's possible to place all orders upfront to save queuing, but the systems don't permit any meal customisation (leave mayo or gherkin off, etc).

I've had mixed service here: sometimes the staff are eager to please, other times they'll happily continue their conversations in front of you whilst taking your order (and missing or mishearing things)... engagement or ignorance really depends upon who you get that day. Occasionally the floor is littered with dropped wrappers, salad and fries, other times it's spotless. Sometimes tables are stacked with discarded meals, other times they're quickly cleared.

If I'm in a hurry I'll usually grab and go from here; most occasions I'll go to the Wetherspoon's.

As they have a captive audience, I don't feel they're under any pressure to offer anything great. It's pretty sub-par compared...

Just don't!!! Absolutely disgusted, the touch screen ordering system isn't user friendly! I tried to order a breakfast burger and hash browns, impossible!! So I waited at the counter for over 10 minutes to by served by a human but the big hairy bafoon on the front counter was a rude ignorant c**t that refused to take my order and insisted I use the touch screen, I was so hungry I tried again and managed to order hash browns with my breakfast burger, on receiving my order there were no hash browns! It was stated on my receipt that I didn't order hash browns! So angry! The burger was absolutely disgusting as was the price!! I left Burger King hungry disappointed and £10 down, A helpful tip to you all, go to Witherspoons instead, better food at a better price and it's straight across from burger king at Birmingham airport, I will never waist my money in any burger...
