Overall, my visit to KFC was a solid experience. The staff were pleasant, especially Gijo, who served me with a smile and even threw in an extra spicy buffalo wing—shoutout to him! It’s always nice to have friendly service, and Gijo definitely added a personal touch to the meal.

The tables could use a bit of extra attention, though. Some of them looked like they hadn’t been properly wiped down in a while, which was a bit off-putting. A quick clean-up would go a long way in making the dining area feel more inviting.

Now, let's talk about the free Wi-Fi! A major plus. The signal was strong, which made it easy to catch up on emails or scroll through social media while enjoying the meal. The password was K3F2C1 (written under the menus), though they may have changed it since my visit in March 2024. But seriously, if you’re popping in for a quick bite and need to get some work done, KFC’s free Wi-Fi is a nice bonus.

As for the food, the Zinger Burger was exactly what you'd expect: crispy, spicy, and satisfying. But the gravy? Wow. It was to die for. I could honestly drink that like water—it was that good. Lunch, dinner, breakfast? I wouldn’t complain if I had a cup of that gravy in front of me at any time of the day!

To wrap it up, the experience was positive overall, and the friendly staff, especially Gijo, made it even better. Just a little attention to cleanliness and it'd be even more inviting. But hey, if you're there for the food and Wi-Fi, you're in for a treat!

EDITED 09/1024 reviwe: I recently visited KFC and ordered what I thought would be a quick and satisfying meal—the boneless chicken meal. To my surprise, when I got my order, the only thing that was boneless in the bag was the tissue they threw in, almost mockingly, with a smirk from the employee behind the counter.

Rather than causing a fuss, I just took the meal and left. But once I started eating, it became even more of a letdown. The chicken was greasy and oily, practically dripping with it. Every bite felt heavy and unappetizing, and I could barely finish the meal. The taste was far from the crispy, flavorful chicken KFC is known for, and it left me feeling queasy.

This was one of the most disappointing fast food experiences I’ve had, and for a brand like KFC, which prides itself on its chicken, this just wasn’t up to standard. I don't think I'll be returning...

That was my second visit at this KFC and it was as bad as previous one. Place is always empty, clearly there is reason behind it and even though the place is always dirty. Tables should we wiped as they all sticky. The ‘Indian’ lady who was at the counter is very rude but unfortunately the rest of the team ain’t even better. I order small wrap by it self and waited over 13minutes. Reason why? Manager was busy doing paperwork in office and rest of the staff wasn’t even there as they enjoyed then selfs outside on break and there was nobody to make an order. After 10minutes I asked how much longer I’m gonna have to wait, the woman answered me with attitude it’s on the way and she had to go to find member of staff to make me a wrap because how I mentioned before where was nobody at the kitchen section. When I received wrap half of the chicken breast was cold and I mean ice cold and the other one was super hot, and wrap was falling apart. I would have hope so that at least after waiting almost 15minutes for one single small wrap it will hot (not only half).

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered 2 meals for me and my brother. Two meals that werent the same at all, and part of my meal came on his instead of mine. First issue was that his meal was about the size you would give a toddler. Second issue was, the store opened at 11, got pur food at 11:30 and it was cold. The third issue was that part of my meal was on his. I respectfully went up and complained, I was nice about it and they started raising their voice at me, which was when I started raising my voice. The staff were extremely unprofessional and rude, very disrespectful, and they stared at us the entire time we ate. Absolutely disgusting. They should hire staff who actually care and want the job.
