Bogota Coffee Company — Restaurant in Milton Keynes

We drove out of our way and paid to park simply to visit this place based on its reviews, on arrival the entire outside area was taken up with spotty teenage kids playing on skateboards, inside was rammed and had way to many tables in it for such a small space, so unfortunately we never got sat down, all in all I'm sure the coffee and food are nice but it's a nil points from me.

Clearly you have found your niche market and that's great, I posted my review based on my experience and I am entitled to do that whether you like it or not. At the time we arrived (Sunday21st November at around 12.30) All of the external tables were taken up by spotty teenagers playing on skateboards and none of them seemed to be drinking coffee or in any other way a customers of your establishment, on the inside the place was rammed, people were packed in like sardines, and it ain`t huge inside. Whether we ate or not is irrelevant. If I could adjust my points because of your petulant reply to nil points...

Used to be one of my fav. coffee spots in MK. However, today’s experience will stop me from revisiting them. Staffs are unfriendly. Kept me waiting in front of till for minutes at non-busy hour without any greetings or gestures to lemme know he’ll be back with me. (*Yet saw him served the previous customer in a sec, maybe bias~well) Cappuccino came but it has very thin layer of foam on top (def. not even 0.5cm), and I already ignoring the failed latte art. Tried to confirm with them if it’s a cappuccino the guy just relied like I don’t know coffee at all and said they dun do cappuccino with thick foam, even without seriously take a glance at how actually the coffee looks. Am not a coffee professional but as a coffee hoppers for over 10 years, at least I know the difference between latte & cappuccino. If you provide a latte as cappuccino , why don’t make it simple and take off the cappuccino...

I wanted to go to a different independent cafe as I am looking at independent cafes to go to!

The service was brilliant and one of the girls welcomed me and cleaned my table for me when I got there and went to sit at it so that was lovely and the service was good too, I was promptly served and didn't take them long to bring my drink over either so that as what I like about it (oh and the neon lightning which is attached to the review) and the tea was lovely!

I disliked the fact that it was quite small/tight and when I got there there was nowhere to sit until I got that table after the previous people left people left, it was uncomfortable for me as it was loud and noisy and I expect a coffee shop to be quiet and peaceful and I wasn't relaxed at all! I couldn't wait to leave because the lack of space, I was expecting it to be a bit bigger than it is but...
