Okay so this is actually a complaint that I am filing against the supervisor Brandon, to which I find highly disappointing, on arrival I entered the building of no understanding of if I have to wait to be seen, I was in need of the toilet and I could see as clear as day the sign on the door on arrival customer use only, I was coming in to book a table for my daughters birthday to which is Wednesday, so I entered to use the toilet because I didn’t know how long it would take to book so I thought I would go first then speak to someone only as I was heading to the toilet a ladie shouted up at the stairs to me so I mentioned I was just going to the toilet I won’t be a moment, as I left the ladies room I was then greeted to Brandon on the stairs case to which lead him to tell me to get out.. i asked him to repeat himself to then he said I told u to get out please.. to which he did not now as I explained that was no way to speak to a customer he said I wasn’t a customer and then went on to say come on off you go:: now at this point I just lost my thought of even wanting to book a table in such an establishment being spoken to in such a rude dismissive way I was defensive because of how he had approached me. It was highly embarrassing leading me out of the restaurant. Very demoralising and to be quite honest with you his role as a supervisor is shocking. He gave me no choice but to leave. I’m not a person to do this thing of reviews but I felt I had to raise this here and to hr because when I mentioned I would be Making a complaint he then went on to say oh please do..
I’ve made this complaint to hr but I feel the way I was greated on the stair case and being lead to the door was unnecessary and again very demoralising he made it clear to the whole restaurant I wasn’t welcome in the establishment without even thinking that I was there to book a...

I wanted to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude for the wonderful experience we had during our recent visit to your establishment. My wife and I chose Brasserie Blanc to celebrate her birthday with our friends , and it turned out to be a truly memorable evening.
From the moment we stepped through the door, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that immediately made us feel welcome. Your staff's attentiveness and helpfulness throughout the evening added an extra layer of enjoyment to our dining experience. It's evident that your team takes great pride in providing exceptional service, and it did not go unnoticed.
Now, let's talk about the food. It was simply exquisite. Every dish we sampled was a delight to the senses, from the appetizers to the desserts. The flavors were vibrant, the presentation was impeccable, and it was evident that each dish was prepared with care and attention to detail. It felt like a culinary journey through France, and as frequent travelers to the country, we were thrilled to find that Brasserie Blanc captured the essence of French cuisine so perfectly.

Dear Mr. Blanc,
I thought you might be interested in our dining experience at one of your establishments yesterday.
We booked a table for the Brasserie Blanc in Milton Keynes a few weeks ago. On arrival, we were given a table situated in between the draughty toilet doors in front of the staff workstation. This meant our meal was regularly interrupted by your staff standing right behind us either collecting cutlery, making credit card payments and disposing dirty table clothes in the open bin about a foot away from our table (very hygienic) as well as the occasional diner that needed to use the toilet. The chairs were clearly makeshift and not the nice red leather ones the rest of your diners seemed to be enjoying.
If we would have arrived without having booked in advance I could understand that a table might have to have been setup in haste - if the restaurant was busy.
Beside all of this I am not sure what was more disappointing: the fact that the manager could not find time to come and speak to us in person about this or that there were two free tables in the normal dining area that remained empty throughout the entirety of our meal.
A discount was added to our bill, which I have enclosed, but I have since noticed that there was still a 12.5% ‘discretionary service charge’ added on the end - what a cheek!
This is a birthday meal I will not forget for all the...
