Massive breach of hygiene and a clueless manager: I went in to pick up an order that had been placed by a family member and waited inside after being told it would be ready in around 5 mins. A staff member came through the kitchen area and placed part of the order (curly fries) to the side. As I was waiting for the rest of the order, I noticed a scruffy delivery driver who looked like he lacked even the most basic hygiene come through the back prep area to the front. He looked like he was heading out for a delivery when he paused by the box of fries, opened it and began eating! I couldn't believe my eyes and thought surely not. He closed the box and looked like he was about to turn around to leave when in my horror, he re-approached the box of fries and began eating again. Once satisfied, he closed the box, turned fully around and spotted me. His face said it all and he knew he'd been caught. I asked him whose order he was eating from to which he replied not to worry about it as it was his.

Knowing full well it was my order, I proceeded to the front counter and called for a staff member. The staff member just happened to be a manager but by the time he got to the front, the driver had already left.

Clueless, the manager confirmed it was my order and apologised when I told him what had happened. His excuses were awful in blaming the delivery driver for being a bit mad and not working there. Clearly, the manager has no issues with non staff members walking through the prep area and less of a clue of what they are up to. Had I not seen the incident happen, he and I would have been none the wiser and I would have walked away with a half eaten and contaminated order.

I had to wait an extra 10mins for a fresh batch of fries to be made in which time the pizza, which was ready had gone slightly cold. The manager did not come back to speak to me or face me and sent another staff member (the same one who was present when I explained what had happened) to ring the order through the till. There was no apology, no offer of discount and no offer to put things right. Zero customer service.

It made me feel sick and absolutely disgusted that the incident was allowed to happen and that nothing was done about it.

I've been there a few times but after this, I've lost all trust in the place and with full conviction can honestly say, I will not be returning.

God only knows how many times this has happened before and may happen again in the future. It's not...

Poor service by restaurant and extremely poor service by Caprino's customer service. Ordered Veg supreme pizza on Tuesday (Buy one get 1 free) from Caprino's site. Instead of offer, they deduct money for 2 pizzas. When called to restaurant, they said they can't do anything. When made complaint to customer care, no resolution from their side as well.

Also, delivery was made after 1.5Hrs, though on site it was showing only 45min. Again poor delivery service.

Food, Ordered Sriracha sauce specifically, but received Garlic and Herb. Seems like restaurant doesn't care and read the order properly.

Dissatisfied with the company's as well as restaurant's service and also with food.

Editing my review: Replying to reply on my review Nothing happened, Neither I was not given any refund, nor received a proper response. Since you are saying that you sometimes refund, at first what do you mean by sometimes? Is it based on what you think, don't you any any standard procedure? I did call to the restaurant right after order placement as I saw I was charged double, but I received a reply "nothing can be done." and too not in a polite manner but somewhat rude.

Also regarding delivery, when you know tuesdays are busy then why do you put 45min delivery, either mention it or completely remove it. FYI, for my delivery when I did not receive it for around 1.5hr, I called to restaurant and then after 10 min I received my order. Something is suspicious.

Regarding sauce, thanks for admitting your mistake. But as I have given just 1 star means I not going ti order anymore from your restaurant, neither going...

We tried Caprinos Pizza in Milton Keynes and ordered the Shawarma Blast pizza, which was tasty, fresh, crispy, and well-made—no complaints about the food at all. It’s halal, great quality, and offers good value for money.

However, the experience was let down by the misleading "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" deal on Tuesdays. Apparently, you can only use the deal during the store's opening and closing hours on Tuesday but not after midnight. This wasn’t made clear, and the man behind the counter was quite rude and unhelpful when explaining this. His stiff attitude made the interaction unnecessarily unpleasant—makes you wonder if his demeanor magically changes when the clock strikes 12 on Wednesday and the promo time changes...

Atmosphere was decent and he did give me a cup of water when requested but felt really put off by initial encounter and lack of friendliness
