Ordered 2 x large boxes Egg fried rice Spicy chips Chilli chicken Beef schezwan

Nice pleasant staff

I did see one memeber staff on the store phone to a customer whilst making the beef Shezwan. Which was then left there. I asked its made properly yeah the beef? 2 of them replied yeah its made properly.

But it was sat there for 10/15 minutes and beef gets tough very quicky.

Updated after eating food: When eating the beef was not great from both boxes, some tough, some tasted dry. This is my go to meal at oodles.

I understand maybe some teething issues at the branch as it has newly opened.

Location of store is good especially for parking. Paid parking certain hours and free after a certain time.

Wheelchair accessible premises too which is good.

If dining in id not sit by the door as its a manual sliding door so can feel the cold.

The food from oodles is always really good but recently I've seen a problem with Uber Eats. Their noodle boxes go for something like £9, so when they do their 2 for 1 offer it's really good. Except for the fact that the saucy and dry mains come with built in extra charges. There is no way to get a noodle box for the listed price, every option for mains comes with at least a £1.50 extra charge. This means that their 2 for 1 deal comes with an additional charge of at least £6 with you just getting the base price of one of the boxes removed. So the cheapest large box goes for like £12, 2 of those ends up at roughly £24 and you end up getting £9 off for their 2 for 1 deal ending up as £15. There are other charges and stuff but you expect those from delivery.

Since there are no options for mains that don't add an additional charge the main price of the boxes should be increased and the extra charges should be removed. There are £3 options like prawns, and they can easily be reduced to £1.50 if the base price is increasing...

I ordered with them on the 20/12 for 3 large boxes. Definitely not value for money as the old oodle at theatre district were serving bigger portions, quality has dropped and prices have increased drastically. Which is ok if the food was great don’t mind paying. However I discovered once we got home they missed out our chips from one order, which wasn’t so much of the problem but I found hair in my food. It is absolutely disgusting. I have attached pictures. I sent a message to them online as that’s the only means to contact them on the same day. I’ve not heard from them, I resent an email yesterday to them still not heard from them. It really does question their hygiene and working conditions. It’s very disappointing that they don’t care about their customers, no customer service care given. Should be ashamed.
