Pret A Manger — Restaurant in Milton Keynes

7am visit: Rude staff, dirty tables, filthy sofas, wifi doesn't work.

I'm definitely not coming here again.

I usually prefer Pret over other shops for the friendly atmosphere. Sadly, that wasn't the case here. The cashier gave me rude looks and was impolite when I was ordering and my application won't work. I made it a point not to hold the queue. There was only one lady behind me and I let her order first immediately.

All the tables were unclean too, possibly from the night before as I visited early morning at 7am. Also, the drinking water tap was left running when I came in. I turned it off. The staff really needs some training

Update: all sofa seats were super dirty like someone had walked over them with their dirty shoes on.

Pret offer bargain filter coffee. If you didn't know filter is much less acidic than espresso based drinks, and what a lot of coffee purists drink. There is plenty of fresh fruit, soup and the sandwiches are made fresh on-site daily. The salads are brilliant and the yoghurt bowls are a firm favourite. All around it is great in here. Not the best Pret I've used. Staff were quite abrupt and when I asked for my coffee to be made again (wasn't right and was too light in weight) a full conversation in a different language took place between the manager and barista. My coffee was new coffee was then plonked (again not weighted) down in front of me with no apology. Customer service...
