Disappointing service - Monday 29/07/2023 around 12.40 pm This was our second stay in Milton Keynes, me and my partner came to this Starbucks on our previous stay as well and we loved the drink that was made for us and spent a good amount of time in there⦠Unfortunately this time the customer service wasnāt great, the lady serving us at the till made us wait a good amount of time as she was claiming she was cleaning, which was okay so while i was waiting my partner took the time to look around and pointed at some brownies and asked me if I wanted to try them, before I could reply the lady raised her voice saying ā did he just touch them!!ā To which I replied he did not, we found it quite offensive, being accused of something we didnāt do. We are always very polite to service workers so at this point we were quite shocked. The lady then gave us attitude, I have ordered and clearly said can I have 2 regular caramel frapps, instead she charged us for 2 grande caramel frappucino, when we clearly said REGULAR. We were having a good morning and we just wanted to relax a little before our train journey so we didnāt want to make it a big dealā¦took our drinks and sat downā¦me and my partner have this routine of always visiting starbucks before heading home from all our stay insā¦and we had many many Starbucks but I can say with all my heart that this was the worst drink we ever had! And this isnt just custom service but skills into making a drink! We could barely drink it as it was full of ice and there was barely any caramel at all so the drink was very very bitter. Description of person serving only so you know who I am making the complaint against as I didnt catch her name( white lady- british- nose piercing- smokes vape) If someone doesnāt enjoy their job they should leave and perhaps do something else, if you are into service specially in a bar you should know how to behave with people that is a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis was my first time walking into a Starbucks. I had heard tales from many friends but never had I ever within my 20 year life, gone into Starbucks or tried one of their products. I've only done research on them in class and found out they were the largest coffee retailer in the world. Originating in 1971 Seattle and expanding into the far east within countries such as China, Korea and Japan and reaching into the hustle and bustle town of Milton Keynes. I thought the quality had to be good. So between 5 and 5:10pm. I waltzed into the Starbucks at the Station, buses screeching outside, cold weather biting at my skin and was greeted by a beautiful young lady inside the welcoming warmth of the Starbucks store. She was charming and her smile gorgeous, she asked me how I was and asked me what I'd like to order. I ordered an Ice White Mocha only to change it to a hot one which she did without hesitation and I was Impressed. She was very professional. I do not know her name but she's honestly amazing and I am very thankful that despite me hesitating at first, her hard work, her charm and passion convinced me to just give it a go and buy one. I didn't regret it one bit. I enjoyed the coffee but honestly her service was the real icing on the cake! Thanks so much MK Station Starbucks! I'll be sure to visit...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreNew Starbucks location at the forefront of Milton Keynes Rail Station. Both it's layout and furniture, seem to be very modern and minimalist. The service team are all beaming with enthusiasm, willing to make any retrospective adjustments where the customer desires. Beats the service that the Costa Coffee, which is within walking distance provides!! The Spiced Pumpkin Frappachio is a very welcome addition to the menu. Refreshing even on a cold day. I'll be back when I visit Milton Keynes again. Keep up the good new...
