General info: There was a 15 minute queue at the time we went. The place is card only and does not inform you of this until you get to the tills. There are no menus placed where the queue is so we had to ask a member of staff to get us one when they came to check on us. No information given about queue wait times.

Pros: All food eaten was amazing (receipt provided) and seemed worth the price even if on the higher end of fast food pricing. However, the milkshakes, although nice, were not worth the price point in my opinion. They are similar to McDonald’s milkshakes although thicker and creamier rather than the sweetness the McDonald’s ones have. Food came in a bout 5 minutes of actually ordering, so pretty fast.

Cons: Staff had mixed attitudes. Initial staff member taking care of the queue was not warm or welcoming and seemed like he didn’t want to be there. However, all other staff members seemed very welcoming and weren’t hesitant to explain menu items etc. Another con was the music levels were far too loud and the lights were extremely bright, not a place for those who have high functioning autism or get overstimulated in general (disclaimer, I am not autistic, so this is purely based off my perception), on top of the busy atmosphere. After some pushing, the staff turned the music down a bit after explaining it was “company policy” for the music to be that loud and that they found it annoying too.

Overall a great experience food wise and service. The atmosphere definitely let it down for if you’re eating in. There were tables outside which could have made the experience a bit better atmosphere wise but inside was...

Food was very tasty - We tried the atomic sauce, hickory smoked BBQ and mango habanero. All three sauces were delicious and very flavoursome. The BBQ sauce had a great balance of savoury and sweetness. The mango habanero was very sweet and fruity, like a sweet chilli sauce but with a nice strong mango flavour. Atomic sauce is your typical vinegar based hot sauce and not too dissimilar from nandos extra extra hot sauce.

The fries were excellent. Crispy with a fluffy interior and seasoned well. We tried the Lemon Pepper and Wingstop Style fries and I think the lemon pepper seasoning is one of the best I've had. Very very good.

I was a little let down by the spice level of the atomic sauce. For all the warnings I was given, it's not particularly spicy for someone that regularly eats spicy food, but I did still enjoy it despite wanting it to be hotter.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is good, however I do think drill/grime is a strange choice of playlist for a restaurant, quite a polrising genre. It wasn't too loud though, so it's easy to ignore and have a conversation.

The staff working here are lovely - I was served at the till by Edna and greeted/waited on by Cain who were both friendly, polite, and talkative. Cain went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our experience and deserves a big shout out! Our other waiter who's name I didn't manage to catch was also a funny and friendly guy.

This place has a lot of hype, and when they opened up the queues were up to an hour wait. Been here twice and this is what I think....

Trendy premium fried chicken joint, with self service.

I find ordering here a mission, have to build your own meal bit by bit. This is probably meant to give a personalised experience but I find it annoying. A major plus for this place is the huge variety of flavours you can choose, for burgers, tenders and wings. Also they have a huge variety of soft drinks and milk shakes.

I do like the burgers here, really like having coleslaw as an option, and it is a quality burger.

Great option with the wings are you can choose 2 flavours. There are on small side and no breadcrumbs as coating, but taste alright.

Regards to service it's self service, great thing is the folks behind the till can understand orders and explain how the menu works. On both occasions I didn't like the servers who brought food to the table, it was dump and run attitude.

Parking is free for 2 hours on selected bays.
