McDonald's — Restaurant in New Forest

Possibly the worst food place I have ever been to. Waited outside in the cold for 40 minutes. They chose not to allow us to use the social distancing system inside. Every single table upstairs had food and sticky sauce all over. After going downstairs to ask a staff member to clean a table for us, she came upstairs and got defensive rather than simply apologise for there not being any clean tables. Making us feel very rude for asking for the table to be wiped. She left having done a very poor job at wiping the table. Food crumbs still remained. We witnessed several other customers then struggle to find a clean table to sit at, which lead to another customer aswell as myself suggesting they too go downstairs and ask a member of staff to wipe a table. Each time, the girl did not wipe any additional tables whilst upstairs. Half our order was also missing. Restaurant was not busy at all. Dirty restaurant and...

Whilst waiting for our order outside to come to the table, one of the workers named Poppy Mays gave us a dirty look while delivering someone their order and mumbled something under her breath towards our table. We ignored this and continued to eat/wait for our food. Later the manager came over to our table and told us to leave as we had been “harassing and swearing” at the worker (Poppy Mays). The manager then explained that the guy on the right facing away from her was harassing her! We were confused as we hadn’t interacted with that worker and thought he meant one of our friend that worked there. We asked the manager to speak to this colleague who was out side the whole time tidying the rubbish and he refused to and just told us to leave. bought quarterpounder with cheese and a doublebacon burger at the drive through. food came in a bag no serviettes receipt and the order. having been caught out here before with the temperature of the food I checked the order and yes both items were stone cold I returned them to the service hatch expalined they were cold and was told they would be recooked "specially for me". when I got the bag back it still had no serviettes, the receipt has vanished (presumably to stop me from reporting the issue via the receipt website address) and found that the fillings were all still cold but the top buns in both cases had been warmed up..yes I know I should have gone back again but I didnt..well done Totton thats another fivers worth of cold food you've palmed me off with..maybe you should get someone who knows the recipe for making...
