Desserts Island — Restaurant in Newark and Sherwood

Ordered online for delivery tonight at 19.45, this being the second attempt to place an order. The first attempt was equally disastrous.

My money was taken, and the order confirmed through Just Eat, and then 15 mins later I received a text message informing me the order was cancelled.

I have attempted to phone the store to see what is happening, after 3 attempts to call they have not picked up.

I would avoid ordering from this place in future.

The store according to Google operates until 11pm, and so should still be open. I shall be reporting to Just Eat...

Placed an order on their website, didnt receive my order couldnt get anyone on the phone till I tried Facebook messenger, got a reply saying they was closed and to contact food hub for a refund, I got hold of them to be told its nothing to do with them. I ordered a couple of desserts at 5:40pm this evening, with a note to say please call when order is being delivered. 2 hours passed by, after calling the number of the store multiple times with no answer, we heard nothing at all.
