Deli Espresso — Restaurant in Newcastle upon Tyne

Oh Deli Espresso one of my loves of Newcastle and more specifically Gosforth. Always a yummy meal. Get me in and out quick. The crew there is on it and sharp.

Some of my faves are the salmon health plate, fresh greens, wild caught salmon and oh so tasty!

The protein balls have quickly become one of 2nd favorites because it is a great alternative to unhealthy snacking. They are amazing. They don’t always have them because they get snapped up by their raving hungry customers. I try to share them with everyone and tell everyone about them.

My 3rd favorite are the protein shakes. Vanilla Thrilla is supper yummy. Again protein keeps you from grabbing unhealthy choices.

Deli Espresso allows me to eat better and function better. So grateful to have them in Gosforth. If you are debating on trying them, go for it! Much love to Deli Espresso and the entire team there. 💯 you...

Nice little quaint café just a little off the High Street.

Went in to have post night shift breakfast with work buddies, and was well-pleased with our orders!

The place had a nice cosy ambiance, but it could only seat a few customers at a time. Theme was quite rustic, and you could easily tell that all the food they produced were freshly made and of excellent quality. The staff were quite friendly and super patient with us while we were trying to figure out our orders. Food was served hot and quick, without sacrificing presentation or taste!

Was a shame we were all too sleepy and full, otherwise we could have sampled their excellent looking cakes!

Will definitely come back again, and am now keeping this gem on my radar to be one of my regular go-tos for after finishing...

Always healthy delicious food with delightful staff, happy to accommodate vegans (though not many options) and veggies. I recommend visiting when it is less busy, or indeed in the summer, as the cafe indoor space is limited and when all the tables are occupied it can be hard to move around. It’s not an issue, we just go when it’s quieter, or we sit outside in the secret garden! I think there may be a need to update the kitchen H&S standards, as my partner found a dirty feather in his food once. It put him off his food and he had to leave most of it.
