I hope this message finds you well. My friend and I dined at your restaurant for the first time yesterday, and unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience. I would like to bring the following concerns to your attention.
Firstly, the salmon served to us appeared unusually light in color, and when we tasted it, there was no flavor at all. This made us question the freshness of the fish. Even more concerning, both my friend and I experienced stomach pains after returning home, which made us worried about the safety of the food we were served.
Secondly, the service was also unsatisfactory. While we were still eating, one of your staff members came over to collect our coffee cups, even though my friend hadnāt finished his drink. This gave us the impression that the staff were rushing us and didnāt respect the time we needed to finish our meal.
In conclusion, our dining experience was disappointing, and as a result, my friend and I will not be returning to your restaurant in the future, nor would we feel comfortable recommending it to others.
I hope you will take these issues seriously and make the necessary improvements to both food quality and customer service.

I wasnāt going to mention it because I didnāt want to seem rude, but Marc, one of the staff, kindly came over and asked if everything was okay. I explained it was my first time trying French toast and that it just wasnāt to my liking.
Marc was incredibly understanding. He brought me the menu again and encouraged me to choose something else. I went for the Bogtrotterās Chocolate Cake, which was absolutely delicious! A little while later, he came back to let us know heād removed the French toast from the bill AND that the cake was on the house as an apology. I was honestly so surprised and touched by the gesture, especially since it wasnāt the restaurantās fault at all.
The customer service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was calm, and peaceful. Hugee thanks to Marc for going above and beyond. It really made my visit special. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be coming back!

The girl in front of us walked away as she had been waiting and hadnāt even been seen to yet.
