Was really looking forward to coming here as people say it's fantastic! However my experience wasn't great! My wife's chicken burger came out really cold and when she got it replaced, it felt as if the chef was upset about it and just threw her second burger together from a distance! My kids didn't really enjoy it and didn't finish their meals! Mine was pretty average at best! We all ordered chunky chips and we all received fries! The starters were okay but the onion rings were really nice and the only reason I've scored the food as high as 2 stars! The service was far too fast, barely took the plates away after our starters and the mains were there! The starters also came flying out! Which makes me believe that nothing is cooked fresh and just launched together at the time of ordering! The table we were sat at was too small for 4 people in my opinion and we all felt a bit cramped! The toilet door was a struggle to lock (the one and only toilet there) and the hand dryer wasn't working at all! Came here as a little treat night after a long week and the food was really disappointing, we came late in the evening for our meal but surely that shouldn’t make a difference in the quality.

We ordered Cheese Balls without ranch sauce as a starter and they came out absolutely swimming in oil to the point where the bottom was just soggy and awful as you can see in the photo.

Our mains weren’t appealing either, I ordered the Wild Bill and again it was just soaking in grease, you would expect some ‘juiciness’ from the burger but this was just grease. As for the patty itself, it was thin and just all over the place, more hexagonal than anything circular, completely different to how it’s pictured.

My partner ordered a Last Samur-Thigh and specifically, due to being pregnant, asked for no mayo and the burger came with the Asian slaw coated in herb mayo.

We even clarified with the waitress twice our requirements as the waitress herself said that the burger didn’t come with mayo and we had to get her to bring a menu back out to show her.
