I don’t normally complain as a hospitality worker myself but after my experience yesterday I had to mention something. We were waiting around 20 mins for a meal, no problem as we know what it’s like in the middle of a rush. We witnessed someone’s order be called out, them collect their food for them to come back saying it’s not what they ordered. They left the bag of food on the side for a good 8 minutes before we asked where our food was, they checked what we ordered then checked that SAME bag of food the man had brought back (he had touched the inside and the bag was also ripped) and was told that was our food and to take it despite us witnessing the man take it and bring it back. When we mentioned it had been brought back by another man and that our order number never got read out plus we wanted new food made we got eyes rolled at us, huffs and glares from the short blonde girl on the front. Multiple people around us said they had the same: wrong order or order number never read out and given cold food. It was around 28 minutes before we actually got our food and customer service skills from the shorter blonde...

Read moreThe worst branch I've ever visited. Today I ordered food through the app and due to a system glitch the payment went through but I didn't get the order number. So I went all the way to the Branch to get it clarified. Soon as I entered the entire team with all the managers were having a meeting in the dining area without even noticing that I was standing in the branch. Kitchen staff were noticing me but they never came. So I disturbed the soooo important meeting and asked one member can you help me please. He came and tried to help me but couldn't resolve my issue. The other supervisor who was in the kitchen was very rude to me and mentioned that she is not the bank to clarify my issue.
