Ordered for the first time tonight and won’t be back! Ordered a beef burger on the website, and I received a cheese burger. Rang up to politely ask for it to be rectified, thinking they’d maybe misread the order, to get rudely told that “obviously a beef burger comes with cheese”. The guy said it was my fault and that I should check next time, as the website clearly states beef burgers are served with cheese. However later on during the phone call we both checked the website and he even agreed that their website does not state this. I asked why have both a beef burger and a cheese burger on your menu if both are going to come with cheese, but the guy then tried being clever by saying “the website doesn’t have to state everything that is on the burger, it’s not going to say that it includes a bun is it?”. Well two seconds ago you said it clearly stated it includes cheese and it’s my fault for not reading the menu properly, so which is it? So if anyone with a dairy intolerance ever orders the BEEF burger they’ll just have to make do with a cheese burger, even though that is not what they ordered, as apparently everywhere serves beef burgers with cheese as standard according to this guy. Terrible attitude and completely unprofessional, so disappointed when the reviews seemed great...

Service was quick, swift, polite and friendly, lady who answered the phone was a gem, very polite and well mannered and friendly, I was grateful for her patience with my Irish accent but surprisingly understood pretty well mostly, atmosphere I had a delivery so can't comment on that, food, oof! I got a 5 piece chicken tender meal with fries and mozzarella on top with irn bru and garlic sauce. The fries taste like the old days I can't really describe it, I haven't tasted fries like that since the late 90s early 2000's is all I can say, the chicken tenders, WOW! Succulent, juicy, packed with flavour and I'd say probably the most ideal crisp to the batter, the garlic sauce is stunning! Plenty flavour while not over powering and creamy, beautiful! You could even add a little more garlic and it'd be even more stunning! Manged to salvage the cheese stuck to the foil thankfully but other than that, it was as grand meal! Also, the takeaway driver was really pleasant and friendly, he was dead chill it was cool! 5*+ guys...

my partner ordred the large mixed kebab with salad an extra 2 tubs of garlic and a side portion of chips when the order arrived it came in a small tiny carton with no more than 6 strands of kebab 3 bits of chicken no salad no extra tub of garlic and the side portion of chips came in the same carton as the mixed kebab and there was no more than a handful of chips. my partner rang the shop up to compalin and ask for the right order and portion size to be sent out or for the food to be picked up and a refund the man he spoke to on the phone was very rude and impolite and was not in the slightest bothered and put the phone down twice on my partner. my partner paid £10 for the order and a further £5 pound for delivery meaning he paid £15 pound for this whole disgusting order that was an insult in a tiny carton. wud never order from this place ever ever again or even...
