I really wanted to give a 1 star after my experience tonight but I feel that would be harsh on what was a good venue with a great crowd and some brilliant DJ’s playing.

Sadly, after driving for nearly 4 hours for tonight’s event, halfway through it, one of the bouncers decided to throw me out because he thought I had taken drugs (something I’m proud to say Ive never touched in my life)

He’d searched me earlier that night not long after I got in, and of course found nothing.

Then, despite me not moving from the dance floor for at least 4 hours where he could see me, he came across and told me to leave whilst I was singing along to a song. There were people in far worse condition than me close by, so it seemed strange.

the only good thing about this club is that they have different floors for music although I have been here a couple of times as I live in the area and noticed they practically play the same playlist every week which gets incredibly boring really quickly.

Was told explicitly that we could get 4 drinks for £10 as it is a special offer, my friend paid with Apple Pay and when the notification came up on her phone she was actually charged £16, by which time it was too late. absolutely disgusting and taking advantage of poor people who dont know any better.

9/10 bouncers are incredibly rude and man handle you because they are on a power trip. if you're throwing up due to being spiked, all I can say is good luck because you'll be thrown out no matter how hard you try and convince the bouncers that you or your friend need help. after my last experience with there bouncers I won't...

Still haven’t got my £50 deposit back from this booking. Extremely poor service. Had a booking with digital for Saturday 18th September 2021, I had to send about 50 emails to see what package we had (after paying the £50 deposit). Got 1 response every 6 weeks even though I would email 4-5 times within that period, the respond was about 2 lines and would make me respond again while waiting another substantial period of time for a reply. I don’t get how you can take peoples money and not respond to them for bookings, absolutely atrocious experience and we didn’t end up going because we never got enough responses to confirm what packages or drinks we were able to get from a list after booking a VIP table.
