AVOID!!! Ordered a donner parmesan & 12” chicken tikka pizza - absolutely disgusting. Bechamel sauce was mouldy (smell & colour) and probably weeks old, parmesan was burnt around sides and chicken smelt and tasted rotten. Was told £22 over the phone however when payment was due was charged £25 for the exact same thing i got and was told on the phone. Pizza was not cooked (bread base was soft and still fluffy) felt like it had been microwaved. Toppings on pizza were horrible also (not fresh). Ate about 2/3 bites then threw it in the bin. DO NOT BUY from this place - Pizza & Co, Dixy, Toros Express = MUCH better options. Customer service is non-existent, workers seemed like they were constantly moody. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Edit: after reply from owner (3 hours later) it is fine as I can understand these things occur, when I spoke to the shop after calling and throwing my food in the bin I also told the person on the phone that it was probably not his fault (he told me he started at 12am) and will be passing my comments/notes on to the owners however if you found nothing at all wrong or rotten about the bechamel sauce and serve it to other customers also then i highly doubt I will ever be returning again. I was a repeat big order customer ordering on numerous occasions however the rotten egg smell of the parmesan and disgusting pizza has now totally put me off. And I also told the girl on the phone who answered that I will be getting 3 sauces in addition (chilli, garlic and mint/chutney sauce) and verified the final amount although when it came to paying an extra few quid was put in additionally, the parmesan was supposed to come with a free mini sauce also but the guy told me that it will be added to the charge. The lass also rang back after a few minutes and asked if the pizza was to be spicy and if i would like chilli flakes or green peppers to which i answered “yes please, both of them” however there was no chilli flakes. I can already feel my stomach churning so I know i will have an upset tummy for a few days perhaps due to food poisoning . My apologies as I can understand you are trying to run a business however the incompetent and negligent poor staff/customer service that are currently involved and the quality of food makes me not want to ever...

I would give no starts if I could. Paid the best part of £30 (with discount) and waited nearly 2 hours for delivery, when it arrived the parmo was tiny and stone cold and the mixed wraps had barely any meat in them, not worth the money at all. As it was so late when it arrived, I tried to call the next day to see if a replacement could be sent instead of going through Uber. I was met with possibly some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had. After being passed to another worker who couldn’t do anything because ‘he just works there and the boss isn’t in’ and sounded the most uninterested person in the north east, he eventually offered to pass on my number to be called back, which shock! never happened, after calling back again multiple times and getting the managers number he said he would call me back within 20 mins which shock! also didn’t happen. After calling and sending a text, I eventually received a call back to be met with him cutting me off, shouting over me and trying to tell me how delivery and Uber works and refusing to believe anything I said, I couldn’t get a word in so eventually had to hang up. I gave order for chicken curry,garlic bread, simple naan bread,veg samosa I paid 19.30 pounds for this order including delivery and service fees.they accepted my,started to prepare it and after 40 minutes they rang me and said we don’t have chicken curry and can send lamb curry,we don’t eat lamb.So they deducted money first after 40 minutes said they don’t have chicken curry ryt and If I would have cancelled my order ,I couldn’t get my money back because they already started to prepare it.I rang them so many times they did pick my call but didn’t speak anything just talking with each other and ignoring to talk with me.so they behaved very over cleverly.I don’t know why they think people don’t have brains to understand these rubbish silly things.anyway ,I have paid for being fool ,so be careful maybe next...
