Avoiding eating here ever again. My stomach is in bits this morning from a wrap that I had from you guys last night. So your food preparation, storage and hygiene is obviously rubbish. I’ve been to the toilet 3 times so far, and still feel terrible.

update: both have food poisoning.

You need to sort out your rude staff. The girl downstairs in the restaurant is nice and polite. The three other people (mostly upstairs)… terrible attitude problems all around. The tall bar guy couldn’t figure out what a Rose was and kept trying to make me pay before he even figured out what he was doing.

Then another guy stormed in the restaurant and shouted at us “can you order now”….

Why are you shouting at people like I’m not a customer. Maybe mention that you’re closing soon and need to take the orders before the kitchen close, rather than “yo can you order?!”

I already ordered 😅 so I’m sure he felt like a moron but yeah.

Asked for food on entry. Escorted to upstairs . Made sure we could access Shisha upstairs too which was granted only to be told it would be double the price. When asked why this was, the"Manager" said it was because it was a V.I.P lounge. I do not recall any sign stating such and was not informed of such. I did not accept the "Managers" defensive response when confronted with the question as to why we should obliged paying double price for a Shisha because of climbing a flight of stairs. I further had to endure an hours wait for the said Shisha to made up having asked twice as to where it was. When it eventually cam it had apple written on but was licquorice.The "Manager " stated to one of my friends that he did not like my attitude which I find most u professional.
