Domino's Pizza - Newquay — Restaurant in Newquay

Went here tonight, ordered my food, while I was waiting in the que the man who was taking the orders and money started scratching at his skin armpits etc, I thought ok it’s discusting but he ain’t making the pizzas then I look across as the lady who was making the pizzas isn’t wearing gloves messing with veg and meat I didn’t see her wash her hands once, good luck there vegetarians ! Been about 1/2 hour at this point. Then a man came in ordered a large pizza, 10 minutes later he walks out with his, then the man who enjoys scratching himself starts making a pizza without washing his hands or gloves and then shouts who’s is the chicken New Yorker ! So I say the mans who just walked out, ohh I gave him one of your pizzas what I’ll do is make u another one and keep all your other food warm, so I said fair enough but you can knock some money off as bare in mind id ordered a lot, the lady who likes mixing meat with veg says ok I’ll knock your money for that pizza and then just take the food but u can’t have the one that You ordered, me well you’ve messed up not me your now keeping my food luke warm, while you do a fresh one anyway I then look across to see the man pressing the dough with all cuts on his arms throwing the dough up his arms no plasters nothing I thought u no what I’ll just have a refund and leave, no apology was given the place needs shutting down the service was a disgrace ! My pizza came after and hour and half. I did ring up after about 45 mins to ask for an update as the tracker was just stuck on ‘our for delivery’. I called over 10 times and no answer. They finally rang back on my boyfriends phone but not mine and all she said she the delivery driver was 2 minutes away. I said but it’s been over an hour now and she have no apology, said okay and hung up on me which I thought was quite rude. I’ve had very similar experiences before but this one being the worst. It finally got delivered and it was cold. I was fed up after a long day to say the least. It’s a lot of money for cold pizza and terrible service. I tired to ring up about my cold pizza and they are ignoring my calls again. I have had a similar experience where my pizza was 3 hours late and freezing and the driver was so rude to me and they gave me a bottle of coke to make up for it. Ordered via Internet, walked in to collect and on the screen it says order still being made. 5 people working and 1 comes over to the counter, ignores me and walks away. Monitor states order still being made and will be ready in 8 minutes. Go back to my car and wait. After 10 minutes I go back in and the monitor still says the same. I have to beckon someone over and he has no idea what's happened. Calls a different person who tells me that because my order was over £50 that they have had to contact me. My mobile is going straight to voicemail so they didn't start it. That's fine but if any one of those persons had spoke to me when I first arrived I would not still be here over 1 and a half hours later waiting for a pizza.
