Service got down to the bottom over years. Price jumped to sky high 17.99pp. Trays was constantly empty, if you get duck you wait on prawns, if you get prawns you wait on chips etc etc etc so you just end up eating what you were not intended to eat. They still called live cuisine? There are no live cooking for probably 3 years! No more sushi. Ice cream machine makes what my child called "frozen milk". They are not covering parking cost any longer. Constantly something doesn't work and they are not fixing for years i.e. coffee machine was out of order for couple years, ice cream machine probably for year and THE LAST DROP WAS CARD MACHINE which doesn't work for years, in last 4 years it was working maybe twice and now they have note at checkout about this so they are not intended to fix it and have no alternatives and only cash - with cash payments it is easy to work black books and they expect tips which they don't get with card payments. To get cash you need to cross car park (even in rain or storm) to get to cash machine which charged £3.99 for withdrawal!!! 4years ago i give 4* and commented that not 5 because of card and coffee machine not working since opening,...

★☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointing Experience

I visited this buffet today and was shocked by how poor the experience was from start to finish. First of all, the food was truly awful—overly greasy to the point where even the spring rolls were soft and soggy, not crispy. Some dishes were drowning in oil, and the fruit was clearly spoiled and should not have been served.

What made things worse was the way they measured my son’s height and charged him adult price just because he was 2 cm over their arbitrary limit—completely unreasonable and done without any flexibility or kindness.

But the worst part was the behavior of the staff. They were not just unfriendly—they were openly rude. One employee even made a racial remark, which was completely unacceptable and deeply offensive. The overall price is actually very expensive for the food thats served.

I would strongly discourage anyone from eating here. There are plenty of places that serve better food and treat their customers with basic respect—this is not one of them.

Absolutely disgusting food in here!!! Was in 2 hours before it closed, all the buffet was empty apart from a couple that had a bit of scrapings at the bottom! Asked are they getting refilled and was told no the kitchen is closed! Why let people in if there's nothing left and no more is getting put out! BECAUSE THEY WERE GETTING PAID!! What was there was dried up and tasteless , few bits of prawn toast that you could have broke a window with, hairs in the curry , told staff about the hairs and they weren't removed, 4 of us couldn't eat a thing only ice cream , stay well clear of this place total disaster, told staff about this who got the manager, was told "what can I do ?
