Bebe Adrianos Mexicanos — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

Been talking about getting a burrito out of here for ages but it's taken till recently to actually do it. My word it was worth the wait...so much so, my partner and I ended up eating 3 of them each in a week (don't judge!). I had the steak, pulled pork and shredded beef burritos and all 3 were great.

The meat was cooked perfectly and the flavour was gorgeous. If you're expecting BBQ flavour like you'd get from a bottle of BBQ sauce in Tesco then you may be disappointed because this was proper...the depth of flavour was apparent from the first bite. None of your generic, mass produced crap. Nice, subtle flavours that complemented the meat perfectly. The rice was lovely and again, cooked perfectly and the peppers, beans etc too.

I can definitely see why this place gets so many awards. Top notch and the delivery was actually 15 minutes early. Will definitely be back for lots more...Just maybe not 3...

The person serving me in the shop was very nice and the shop is very well fitted out.

Sadly though the food had flavour at all. I thought it was a little pricey but if it was nice I would have returned. The portion sizes of both our burritos where quite big but not worth the money to me as Mexican food is usually packed full of flavour. And these tasted like nothing at all.

Who ever cooked this has clearly never had a Mexican in there life.

We usually go to a Mexican in Ballyhackamore and frankly I'd be more like to do the 30min drive there than drive two mins down the road to this place.

Edit- yea it was strange how you can have so many ingredients in a burrito and it have no flavour what so ever! Thank god we both got jalapeños otherwise it would have tasted of nothing at all! I would be interested to know who votes for this award because honestly it...

The food doesn't live up to the high price unfortunately. The single person portion of £4.25 "restaurant skin on" chips were not "skin-on' they were just basic chips you'd buy from Asda and were soggy and undercooked. I had to put them in my air fryer for 10 mins. The Chicken burrito was tasty and a decent size but again was it worth 20% more than a B00jum? No. The Veggie Bowl was very disappointing, not much actual veg included and still well over a tenner for what was mainly rice! Wouldn't order again in a hurry, sorry. 3 stars because I'm feeling generous. UPDATE (reply to the restaurants reply on my chips photo, that I can't seem to reply to) I used your app, so your prices, your menu. Please don't try to make excuses or blame someone else for serving overpriced...
