This place used to be absolute magic, not only the best food I'd ever had (even compared to restaurant) but the service was always top notch, recently though its been bad every time I've been. Staff are downright rude and disrespectful now, barely serving you and when they do its with a negative scowl every time despite me spending decades as a customer. Food has been rubbish every time ive been recently, pizzas you may as well eat the cardboard in terms of taste & texture. recently had a kebab and it was absolutely tasteless. I am giving this place five stars based on one thing alone. Because it deserves it on the basis of that one thing.

The chicken kebab. Proper chicken breast chopped and served on pita bread with peppers, onions, mushrooms, tomato, lettuce and the magical ingredient - their secret kebab sauce.

The satisfying weight of it as they hand it over the counter is always a moment of joy.

It’s the mainstay that marks the end of any quality Bangor High Street night out, while being just as good served at home on a plate.

Terrible service ordered food the foods always been expensive but this finally time of ordering waited an hour and fifteen minutes delivery driver eventually phoned to say he went to the next street as the counter staff put the wrong address on the label but by this time he had returned to the shop , instead of bringing fresh food the owners at picola sent out 2 hour old cold food in soggy cardboard containers .
