Me and my friends decided to come here after the cinema one night, we booked for the available time and arrived just before said time, we were told to wait for our table and to sit on seats at the bar where the bar staff will serve us, we sat down and not 1 member of bar staff looked our direction. I wanna take i second to acknowledge they were busy so we weren't that annoyed by this but it felt like something to mention. After roughly half an hour we finally got our table and menus etc. We all planned on getting tacos which were labelled £7. Assuming that was maybe 2 or so tacos, we waited 30 minutes to place our order to find out it is £7 per a taco. We order our food and wait for it to arrive, the food genuinely takes 55 minutes which by this point we were all tired and starving so very excited for some warm food. The food of which was no longer warm? We didn't understand how the food was cold cause surely it's under a hotplate? Anyway couldn't even say to anyone it was cold as not one member of staff walked near us the rest of the night. The food tasted excellent, genuinely would have been 5 star food if it didn't take so long and wasn't cold. Just beware of prices as the labelling isn't...

My partner and I went here last Thursday. We ordered loaded fries and tacos, both of which were lovely. However, they serve the tacos all on one plate, and I'm a vegetarian. I ask the chefs to consider vegetarians when they plate their food, as some of my partner's beef had gotten into my taco. The service had been quite slow, and working in hospitality myself it seemed like there was very little upper management organisation, so I didn't bother sending it back as we had dealt with several different members of staff at this point between ordering food, drinks, and serving us, so I wouldn't have known who to ask to get the problem dealt with. Service after dinner continued to be quite unreliable, having to ask two separate servers for the dessert menu and two people again for the bill. Again, food was great, just I ask the chefs to consider vegetarians when serving the food, and the service...

Went here not long ago after hearing so much about it and living in the city. Have to say it was subpar.the only way to describe the meal is glorified McDonald's. Honestly don't understand the craze about the place. I got a chicken burger and chips service was slow and I left still hungry.funny I went to mcdonalds after to fill me. Seems to be a common trend with these "street food" places. Mcdonalds meals and portions at gourmet prices. Honestly if your looking for good food that will fill you or a good atmosphere there's plenty of other options to choose from in the city. Honestly don't understand and will never understand the craze...

Went with high hopes but was sorely disappointed. I ordered the £16 buffalo chicken burger and it was extremely sour. I let the server know and when offered a replacement, I asked if I could get a Masa chicken burger instead. Shockingly, I was served bland fried chicken with burger buns. No sauce, no dressing, no slaw and no mayo. Nobody was concerned to even ask if everything was alright after the replacement. Cocktails, taco and fries were good. I’d definitely skip the chicken burger and appreciate if the chef could at least fix his recipe!

6.50 per individual taco is mad one. The tortillas looked shop bought flour tortillas, the fish tasted grand but the wee bit of fish didn't even fill the taco end to end. Chicken tacos were about the same. You'd think for the price you'd get 2 in a portion, or a decen bit of fish. The chilli fries were tasty. The staff were great, friendly and helpful. The restaurant was a bit cold ❄️

100/10. If I could rate it higher I would. Came to Derry for a weekend away and read a review saying this was the best burger place in the country… couldn’t be more spot on. Erin was lovely and provided amazing service. Tried the 57 Strand Street Burger and if I could get it delivered to Belfast everyday I bloody well would.
