To start with, let me first say that my experience at TOHO was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warmth and a genuine desire to make my visit a memorable one.

Me and the wife were looking forward to visit what we believe is the only Shisha lounge in Norwich.

To begin with the service was pleasant. But then it went downhill very fast.

The shisha flavour lasted for 10 minutes. Then we literally were just smoking tasteless rubbish for 30 mins.

When we told the member of staff who took care of the shisha, he just said yeah it’s gone and sat back on his seat smoking his own shisha.

Before we paid I raised disapproval before paying and the staff just said, it must be the tobacco and proceeded to take my money without apology or making up for the rubbish product and service.

Went here with my wife on a Saturday night in October. Despite not booking and it being really busy the excellent waiting staff quickly cleared us a table and had us sat down in a few minutes. We ordered a watermelon shisha, jerk bbq chicken wings, loaded fries and several gin and tonics. The service was prompt, food was delicious and the g’n’t’s perfect. The place has a lovely atmosphere, chilled and relaxed but also with a nice buzz about the place.
