My previous review of this location made mention of them being slow, this now appears to have been sorted out .

In relation to the coffee, hats off to them for putting some time and effort in to making your drink. The milk is textured with skill and they always create a bit latte art on top of your drink. The only snag I find is that the coffee is never hot enough and I have to ask for them to make it hotter. I appreciate that there are limits in relation to what temperature coffee extraction and milk foaming needs to be, however, the standard latte from them is hovering just about luke warm, which isn't right!

Also, I have to query the way in which their food is displayed. It looks good and your eye is drawn to the display, however, it is uncovered and right next to where people queue and that cannot be conducive to good hygiene I know! (keep an eye out...

I went here with my collegues for a barista training class with Alex and it was a really great experience. Its clear from the get go this place really cares about the coffee it creates and you can smell how fantastic their roasts are even before you step inside! The training was simple but fun and as a somewhat new barista I was super nervous at first but Alex was very reassuring and made me realise the way I was steaming milk was much better than I gave myself credit for, and that as I got better at texturising the milk, the latte art would follow. He also gave us some useful tips which will help make sure the coffee we serve always tastes its best. Worth a visit and worth training up too! There is alot of beans to try and its good to know what you are using if you...

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this cafe. My boyfriend and I went there expecting a good coffee, but unfortunately, the service completely ruined it. The waitress serving my boyfriend was extremely rude for no reason. Her facial expressions and attitude made it clear that she had no interest in providing decent service. Worse, she came across as outright mean and even seemed racist, which made the whole situation deeply uncomfortable.

No one should have to feel disrespected while dining out. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I hope the management takes action to ensure all customers are treated with kindness and professionalism. We definitely won’t be...

Lovely coffee shop and great coffee just a minute away from Nottingham Train Station. Although I really enjoyed my coffee, I was somewhat disappointed by the lack of savoury vegetarian options available for breakfast. I was hoping for perhaps a veggie sausage or egg bap, but there was only (if I remember correctly) a spinach & feta roll, or something along those lines, which did not appeal to me as a breakfast dish. I opted for a pain aux raisin instead, which was good but not what I really wanted. I would visit again for coffee and cake, but not if I wanted a savoury breakfast.

Visited another 200 degrees coffee outlet, this time in Nottingham by the train station. The staff are polite, they know their staff and most of all know how to make a proper cup of coffee. Mind you at the price you are paying for it, they had better be like that. I liked the cosy atmosphere - outside it was raining and it was so nice just sitting by the front shop window and people watch while sipping my cappuccino. There is free wife for you to make use of. I have not tried their food but that is next on my list and I will happily report back once I have done that.

Lovely little independent coffee shop on route to Nottingham Train Station. Great choice of hot drinks, food to grab on the go and delicious cakes. We were served quickly and directly to our table and my only slight gripe was the whole tables were taken up by people on laptops so it feels like a working style cafe than relaxing coffee shop. I'd still visit again, but maybe just have a takeaway this time accompanying a walk by the canal!
