Greggs — Restaurant in Nottingham

This particular branch is hit and miss on service and the food on offer . I visited on three occasions in the same week and all three days were different on service and availability of certain items. The first day I chose my items and spent just under ten pounds . Each item was of a good standard and service was good . So I chose to go another day and got a completely different experience,can't be bothered attitude,lack of choice and embarrassment when I picked up a packet of two iced buns that unknown to me hadn't been sealed correctly and fell out of the packet. On the third day I perceived that it must have been a one off but to my surprise it wasn't. Now I won't go for some time in the hope that they may get their act together and the experience maybe better. Disappointing service and slow service just nailed the coffin shut for a while that I will enter the doors of this...

The guy in glasses who served me did not even say 'Please' or 'Thank you' - and once the payment was taken, it was; "Next..!!" (and it wasn't even busy at the time)..

And when I said that "you didn't even say 'Thank you'... He totally lied, he ignored me at first and then when I repeated it, he said "Yes I did" ...what a LIAR - well trained by Mr.Greggs I'm sure...

Totally unacceptable when it's food they are selling... Whole experience makes me 'Throw-up" every time I think the way he served me...🤢🤮🤢🤮

He has put me right off Greggs' Cheese & Onion Pasties now...

Your loss Greggs, for not training your staff in 'Polite Customer...

Some of the staff appear to really dislike their job. Out of the 5 staff I've seen working here over the last 4 weeks not one has smiled, greeted or made me feel welcomed in any way. It's not that the service is particularly bad but it's the way it is delivered. I don't enjoy leaving bad reviews, I waited a month to do so, but sometimes the truth needs to be told. Update, over the last month nothing has improved. It gets worse. It's almost as if the staff are having a competition to see who can be the most useless and miserable. If these people got the quality of applicants must...
