Me and my wife came to this subway restaurant today at 6:36 pm
As soon as we entered in the restaurant, both of the staff members behind the counter, very rudely said it is collection only takeaway only
We ask why they said because we have already cleaned the floor and we are not going to clean it again
On requesting the closing time, they said it’s 8 pm, because you are going to make mess that is the reason we have asked you to take away the food
We came here on a Valentine date on a special location today. Now we are ended up eating in the car.
Your employees are rejecting orders for their own benefit of not cleaning the floor again
This is a very bad customer service and we are never going to come to Subway again
This is very unprofessional. You guys are refusing customers to sit and eat in the restaurant, two hours before closing.
I am going to report to ombudsman as well about this bad experience. I have faced today with my wife.
These employees should be fired straight away.

Read moreWhilst waiting in the queue to order myself a tuna sub (as i can not eat pork/ham/non halal meat), the woman ahead orded a ham sub and the server was holding the sliced cheese with the same glove as she touched with the ham and then putting the remainder of the cheese into the container. This is straight up wrong and cross contamination and makes it so any veg/pesc/halal eater will not be able to eat with that cheese and makes me think maybe everything is contaminated. I can't even order from this subway and this makes me wonder if all subway workers are like this too. This happened approximately at 16:30pm at 11/03/22 and you can see me in a postman jacket in the cameras see this and leave after witnessing this....
Read moreUPDATE Feb 2020: the franchise owner must have decided to save money because in recent weeks they have cut the portions and now ask you to pay extra for what you would normally get. This portions reduction even extends to salad!! A member of staff confirmed that they had indeed been told to do this. They also won't let you have discount vouchers until you have paid for your order (even though I'm a regular customer) whereas other Subways make them freely available. I have spent hundreds of pounds here but I now avoid this Subway and will drive several miles to go to one where I feel valued and I get value for money.
