wouldnt have something from them again even if they gave it me..(spent around £500 online on furniture, 1 piece broke when putting together & got told "oh well, never mind" by c.servive & the rest looks good but very flimsey as made of cheap wood and can see gaps in joins etc)eventually got a gift to spend in store as a good will gesture, which took about 5 weeks to recieve and be able to use. we then bought a mirror with the £40 voucher, only to find that when we got it home it was broken in one corner(not happy, as i picked a mirror from the back of the shelf. The box had no creases or dints in, so it was damaged and then somebody carefully packagaed it up).Took this back to the store only to find the customer service lady totally useless( couldnt help or sort my issues, all all she could do was exchange goods and use a till....which is not what the c. service point should be). Eventually got a manager who gave me money off the mirror & found me another one in good...
Read moreFor a good selection of certain things like stationary and photo frames the Range is great, but the garden section is very disappointing. There is hardly anything there right now and not many plants either. It looks like they have really scaled back their lines or just can't get hold of a lot of stuff. Local garden centres are much better for this than the Range right now. I did buy a selection of plastic flowers and a vase to go with it, which really do look stunning and very well priced at around £2 a stem and this vase (see picture) has eight stems. Much much cheaper than any garden centre I have ever been to! I must say the shop in Nottingham is not doing a good job of helping out the customer in terms of queueing. We are made to stand in line next to the parent and child parking and dodge people getting in and out of cars. Also people coming out of the shop have to walk through the line to get to their cars! Really...
Read moreThis review is for the manager Stacy. She was soo rude from the moment I entered the store. I was waiting for assistance and I had to wait for the manager to finish her conversation with her colleague ( which was not a work convo as I could hear them and they were laughing and joking) I gave up and tried to help myself. When i tried to get asssistance again I saw the manager Stacy shouting at another customer which resulted in other customers to leave the store. So did I. Worst experience ever at the range. From now on I will only be visiting the Redford store. How she is a responsible of a store is beyond me. People like her should not be in a customer facing role let alone a store manager. I spoke with some of the customers that left and they all agreed we will not be visiting the lady bay range store ever again. I will also advise my friends and family....
