Burger King — Restaurant in Nottingham

Honestly so shocking that I’ve had to come to google reviews to express the pure lack of care that the Burger King staff in lady bay has had for my food.

Hair on my cheese bites! Why are staff not required to wear hair nets when they are working around food! On top of that the cheesebites themselves was under cooked (again) alongside my bacon and cheese fries having hardly any bacon and being stone cold.

Also they forgot both drinks which is labelled on the order and the receipt they read the order from in front of them.

The service is very slow as are the staff who have no care for food or customers but still have a job in the food industry.

I order from town or go in store and the food has come correct with no error every time and they did not put in the beverages I purchased along with my meal.

Everyone who eats Burger King knows you need to have a drink with your food and if I payed for it it should be here.

There’s only so much you can blame on the delivery man when the presentation and remembrance of what needs to go in the bag is down to the staff!

Really disappointing, cheese burger made with no cheese how ridiculous, was too late as i had driven off and not checked the order. Paid cash, didnt bother getting a receipt as why would you assume order was made incorrectly? Came back when i could, complained, store manager took absolutely no notice, was like a robot even with video proof with date and time because i had no receipt was unwilling to help, its not about the money its the principle of it and courtesy to replace it for an error when i have never complained before. David the store manager had no care in the world to resolve the issue, couldnt think outside the box to help, over resolving something that would have cost pennys, its costs the company thousands as i will refuse to order again, we used to order burger king for company staff and for the way i have been treated i will never spend a penny of my money there. Not to mention that this is the filthiest store we have ever been to inside, always used to get drive thru for that reason, but if inside the restaurant is that dirty, wrong order, a manager that doesnt care, you can imagine how toxic it is working there and how unhygienic...

17.83p for two meals that wasn't worth the 8 minutes I was made to wait for luke warm food. The bland unseasoned chips that were warm. Large meals with small chips? Only large item was the drinks. Served by a young girl who clearly hated her job.

Took the food back to be told I could wait 15 minutes for my food to be cooked freshly. Told the manager I'll just have a refund to be told wee don't do refunds unless there's something wrong with the order. So the fact it's cold. You made me wait for it to apparently be cooked but still cold and tasted vile isn't enough reasons. Refuse to accept a credit note for somewhere I won't consider coming again.

Burger king use to serve lovely tasting hot food but has really gone down hill and if the price increase is to pay for the recent refurbishment you have had you should at least make the food worth it. And consistency would be nice big king box meal but no box because the box don't fit the bag and I had a takeaway but the week before u managed to serve it in a box?!?
