This place is great, recently went for the first time and I'm looking forward to going back. Electronic darts, normal darts but with a projector lighting up the board to give you some additional game styles to play. It's not too expensive at £4 an hour, it is great fun, well setup. Great guinness, staff were friendly and served us quickly, place is clean and tidy, looks really smart inside, done a great job with the refurb, loved all the decor and the lighting. Will be back to try the food which looked great and not too expensive. Highly recommended.

A group of 6 of us went for a bottomless brunch, at 6pm on a bank holiday Saturday. It was very busy, we thought we were going to get terrible service and not many drinks. Although we were pleasantly surprised!! The drinks never stopped flowing!! Our hostess was Cici, and she was amazing. A great laugh and always on it. However the food wasn’t the best, the chip portion sizes are terrible. I get it’s supposed to look atheistic by being in a pot, but the plate looks so empty. The music also got very loud so it was quite hard to enjoy the company.

As a foreigner in the UK, it can sometimes be difficult to reach out. However, not only were the drinks fantastic and the food delightful, what will make me return to the establishment is the interaction with the staff. Shout out to Thomas for listening to my pickiness in drinks, endless questions about Nottingham and showing me the ropes with the throwing darts. The ambience and service was great. It's always fantastic to enter a venue with simple sustenance in mind and leave satisfied and with a possible new pal in your contacts. Cheers

Edit - the response from Huddl has some falsehoods in it. They say there was some confusion. I was explicitly told by their staff that someone had moved our booking and were then made to wait, how they cant admit this is crazy. And to question the experience I had from the staff when my friend spoke is very unprofessional. This is the response I expected and reiterates the sentiment of my comments. Awful place and badly run. They also say we were given the wrong table. This is also wrong. We had initially been moved to not having a table at all and then they squeezed us in 30 mins late, and they have not acknowledged this either.so as a conclusion- they missed the point of my complaint, try to tell me that I haven't racially abused us when they can't see what was said at the bar (I concede that I can't prove why they moved my table), and they don't take any responsibility for the mess up of moving our table to someone else. They say in their response that they "cannot just move bookings without ruining everyone elses". This is literally what they did to me!

A shambles. I booked a sports booth and paid the £15 deposit and got the confirmation email. I arrived at Huddl and noticed that our names were not on any of the tables, so went to speak to the staff. I was initially told that I hadn't booked a booth and was on a normal table. I showed them the confirmation that was very clear and showed that I had booked a booth. Another gentleman from the staff came along to confirm that I was right and someone in the Huddl staff had manually moved our booking and gave it to another guest. Looking at the other names on the other tables (Jack, Mark etc.) I can guess why my name was chosen to be moved. They managed to get us the booth for 30 minutes later. Whilst they gave table service to the other 2 booths, they refused to do this for us. When we went to the bar to order, the lady was rolling her eyes at my friend who has a foreign accent when he spoke, claimed that things he ordered drinks that aren’t on the menu (even though he showed her them on the menu). All in all, a terrible experience and I would steer clear, unless you have a well known native name. Not even an offer of a small free drink for all of the hassle.

Ps, There were empty booths from other people who didn't turn up and we were the ones who were...

I booked a table to watch the sports for Saturday 08/03/2025. Upon arrival I went to the bar and asked the waitress where my table was. The waitress looked at her clipboard which clearly had my booking on. She proceeded to look for my table with the reservation on but was unable to find this. At this point, another waitress proceed to sit me in a booth (which would have been sufficient). A couple of minutes later, a further waitress came with another party and asked me to move when I was specifically asked to sit here. At this point, it was clear there was no reserved table for me and the waitress seemed to go missing. At this point, me and my party proceeded to sit at a table which was reserved but the party were 30 minutes later. This was in view of the tellies to watch the sport. Yet again, a further waitress came over and I was yet again moved from this table. This waitress had a bad attitude and I was not happy with her tone. This waitress tried to sit me at a table which was terrible and completely out of view of the tv. This left me and my party without a table which I had pre-booked three weeks prior. I was not given one apology or any compensation to apologise for the rigmarole which I had been put through. I will not be attending huddl again in the future and will not be recommending this to any future...

We booked a table for brunch… where to start.

There are actual mushrooms growing out of the men’s toilet wall mould.

We had table of 7, they forgot 1 of our meals.

For a 2 hour £33 brunch we managed to get 5 drinks and spent most of our time at the bar asking for service to be told “soon”.

My cooked breakfast was all 50% cold.

Every screen had football on, it’s like a crap sports bar.

The staff were great tbh just not nearly enough to cover all the tables and clearly all mismanaged.

To pay the staff had to run back to the office to take each payment for some reason as the card machine didn’t work correctly, so that took 1 staff member in a crew that was already lacking members out of the loop to keep running back and forth.

When we arrived no one explained anything. People were sat at our table already. Took 10 minutes into our 2 hour brunch to get our first drink.

Compared to turtle bay, this place is awful.

2 hours at turtle bay you get sat, explained the deal, drink on the table while you decide what you want, drink delivered and next drink ordered so the second you finish you have another and next ordered.

Here you have mushrooms growing...
