I've dined in here once before. It was nice with good customer service from waiting staff but....

Be careful if you have allergies and ordering takeaway via delivery. Even if they advice you to call back to tell them of your allergies after you place an order on deliveroo because they sometimes neglect to answer their phone. I placed an order today after being advised to do that by staff at this restaurant and learnt this, as for 30mins straight I constantly rang them off my mobile and landline to double my chances of getting through, their was no answer but for a few minutes the line became engaged then it went back to ringing out again. Because my order was already placed and being prepared I was unable to cancel it and get a refund. I also contacted deliveroo via live chat who also claimed to attempt to make contact with them but they too couldn't get through. Their was nothing else deliveroo could do.

My order arrived, I then had to try and contact them again, this time I withheld my phone number and surprisingly someone answered straight away. I made my complaint and they checked with the chefs for any risk of contamination with my allergy foods. Thankfully their appears to be no risks to my food this time so I was able to eat it. They apologised for what happened and then proceeded to tell me that they always answer their phone unless they are busy. Their is no excuse for this happening when they are aware an order for deliveroo has been placed they should be present by the phone for a short while after a new deliveroo order comes in so that the customer can contact them by phone to report allergies if they have any. This should be made a priority of food safety as it is with their customers dining in their restaurant. As during this I felt they didn't care for this safety issue in regards to my welfare of eating their food.

So I heavily advise that if you place an order with deliveroo you DO put your allergy information in the little box for addtional info where they tell you not to because if you're unable to contact this restaurant or any other restaurant afterwards you put yourself in more risk and deliveroo will not give you a refund if you cancel your order. In future if I order for delivery online again I'll contact the restaurant first and have them on the phone already as I process it's payment so I don't get caught in this risky situation ever again.

The food I ordered was freshly cooked and tasted nice. For the price that I paid the portion...

PLA MURK HUA HIN 脆炸魷魚 Hua Hin beach style crispy fried squid topped with spring onions, served with sweet chilli sauce

MIANG MOO KUM WAN 燒豬頸肉配米粉 Marinated slices of pork collar served with rice vermicelli noodles, salad, Thai style chilli and garlic dressing

PAD THAI BORAN 泰式炒河粉 Pad Thai noodle recipe passed down by chef’s grandmother, served with a choice of chicken or tofu

PLA SEABASS YUM MAMOUNG 脆炸鱸魚配綠芒果沙律 🌶🌶 Crispy whole seabass served with Thai style spicy salsa and cashew nuts

The environment is so comfy and the staffs are so lovely !! ❤️ We asked for the mild level of spicy when ordering🌶 They reminded us again that the sauce is 🌶. “Be careful,, it’s very dangerous ,, very spicy 🤣” We are glad that we have ordered some ice drinks to neutralise the spicy 🤣🤣

My favourite dish is PLA SEABASS YUM MAMOUNG (even though it’s hot 🥵) Because we haven’t had a whole fish 🐟 for ages... the fillet was so crispy and fresh!!

My partner and I came this evening for the first time and generally couldn't find a bad word to say if we tried!

The customer service was fantastic; all staff were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the menu and really seemed to care that we enjoyed our visit which was lovely.

As for the food... just wow! We have both visited Thailand, and as our favourite cuisine, have been to numerous Thai restaurants in the UK but this one beats them all. My partner had his favourite, panang curry, and I had the Thai pork with chilli and basil and both were incredible! We also had the mixed starters to start which were really tasty, especially the pork skewers.

To top it off, we also had a cocktail each which are so reasonably priced at just £6.50 each, and they were better than any we have had anywhere for a long time, which we definitely weren't expecting from a Thai restaurant!

To summarise, if you are thinking of going here, stop thinking and start booking as you won't regret it! We will definitely be...
