Tasty Bites — Restaurant in Nottingham

I am a regular customer of Tasty Bites, especially when it comes to ordering veggie burger and margherita pizza. But today (19 Jul) my experience was terrible, especially because of the way the person from their team spoke to me over the phone. I tried to explain to him that by mistake he has sent me wrong order. Instead of margherita pizza, I received a non- vegetarian one. The non-vegetarian portions and corns were inside the cheese layer, so at first glance it appeared to be a margherita pizza. Attached is the picture for reference. He said that it was impossible because his team delivered so many freshly made pizzas every day. I informed him that he was misinterpreting my meaning, but he refused to pay attention. And when I said that my daughter vomited after having a bite of it… he started shouting at me and asked me to send him her medical reports showing that her vomiting happened due to that pizza. He is not good at listening and kept on arguing with me stating that it’s a hot and busy day for him and he cannot do anything now. When I asked him what I should do with the nonveg pizza, he very rudely said that ‘what do you want me to do…. Throw it away’. I told him that this is the last time I am ordering anything from your place as he was very rude while talking. In response, he said that he is fine with that and thanked me. All I wanted to do was let him know that I received a wrong order today. Instead of showing empathy, he started arguing with me, he really needs to work on his customer serving skills and would request if he can be little soft spoken for the benefit of the future and existing customers. I can imagine the limitations due to bad weather and its human error; it can happen with anyone. It’s totally fine. I was not even seeking any compensation or a ‘free meal’. Thank you for not understanding what I was trying to say. But if this is how you deal with your customers, I would prefer not to place any more orders from Tasty Bites. I thank you and your team for serving us thus...

After hearing things about how good the pizza are I thought I would try it out it got delivered and when I opened it the pizza was stuck to the top of the pizza box it was barley cooked as the toppings were falling off I ate a few slices well what I could before the slices dropped off so needed cooking a little bit longer so for me 2/5 on the pizza edible but wouldn't go back for another one. Now here was the best part of the meal the tender crispy boneless chicken was amazing if you say KFC is 2/5 Popeyes is 5/5 this chicken they have is a pure 5/5 all it was missing was a side order of gravy please don't change the chicken recipe the herbs and spices were phenomenal so tender and crispy you did a brilliant job. Friendly delivery service as well as fast so yes I would come here again but not for the pizza sorry it's not for me the chicken though...

I ordered from here via just eats and all i have to say is dont bother. ive ordered previously which was okay both times however, this time the food was over 3 hours late and when i kept asking whats the delay i got told ten minutes, multiple times. my house is about a 10 minute drive which isnt exceptable i offer to get an uber to go pick it up which they insist i needed to do as it was on the way but came a whole 45 minutes later and when it arrived it was COMPLETELY WRONG we specified no salad in our mix meat boxs which we got and we also paid for a half and half pepperoni and meat fast in which they gave us ham and pineapple. for a 3 hour wait they gave us extras which was a busted can that went everywhere btw.
